The House of Representatives lacks the power to issue "indictments." Complain to the prosecutorial authorities. All of those with jurisdiction over Bragg and his ilk are Democrats.

The case is legally absurd, weak, flawed, and it has so many issues. Timeline and due process. They were trying to find a crime to charge Trump with, instead of having a crime and finding the person who committed it. Coangello appeared in the DAs. All happened about the same time. DAs and the DOJ were all trying to find criminal conduct Trump allegedly committed. Due process requires the opposite. If bias by a prosecutor, judge, it’s a due process violation as well. If it shocks the conscience. If the AG and DA run on getting Trump, without naming what crime he allegedly committed, it shocks the conscience of me and regular people.

Jurors were asked or instructed to pick a crime from any of the 3 charges.
3 jurors could pick crime #1 and not pick #2 and #3 then 5 jurors could pick crime #2 and not #1 and #3 then 4 jurors could pick crime #3 and not 1 and 2.
Jurors don’t have to agree on crime #1 or #2 or #3 unanimously to convict. All a jury needs to do is pick a crime from the 3 charges to convict.

Someone made the comment that our jails and prisons were filled and flowing over, and what were we going to do about that. I’ll give you my thoughts on that in a bit.
My son and I were driving home today when we saw that an officer had someone pulled over, and, as is the law, we moved over to the adjoining lane. However another driver had other ideas, and he just stayed in his lane and speed on. There was a second officer who pulled out after the motorist. I don’t know about you, but if I am being pulled over, ( and I have been once or twice), I am just hoping that I just get a warning. I don’t know if the person zooming past the police was caught. If he escaped or just got a warning, I wonder if next time he would reoffend or follow the rules the rest of us do. I know when some rules are broken the consequences are punishment. For instance, when a child puts his hand on a hot stove, that’s punishment enough.
I know the example of the highway incident is low on the list of offenses, but it was just an example. The point is that people who are not sighted for their crimes keep committing more, worse and worse offenses.. This current wave of violence will not stop until we stop whining, and feeling sorry for ourselves, and making a political issue of things, and start enforcing the legal laws on the books, we will continue to drown.
My answer, and you may not agree, and that’s your right, is to just keep arresting the criminals and using our jails to keep the dangerous people off the streets. What will we do when there are not enough jails, build more. Hopefully, if we get a handle on things there will be fewer people in our institutions. A big issue is the border, and if we could keep politics out of. it and just do what is right, without worrying which candidate to support, and just start supporting America, we could weather this storm.

The reason we have a two party system is to give all of us input into what we feel is right, and to vote our conscience. Isn’t that at best a memory and not a fact which is being adhered too? It’s all come down to “party lines,” and not what is right. I recently started watching the interviews by the committee on judicial candidates, and then other things about cases, and my eyes have been opened. I’m from the South, well educated, and we don’t treat people here the way they are in other places, at least not to that extent..
