Kangaroo Point one is yet to be named as far as I know of.

Thanks for the update. Any news yet on who will be putting up shop in the Queens Warf space? I hear there is room for about 50 restaurants, but I doubt that number will be reached any time soon. Has anyone (hotel, restaurant, whatever) committed to moving in yet?

The Neville Bonner bridge looks terrible how that design passed I'll never know this one looks ok. I'd like to have seen all these new pedestrian bridges carry a similar theme it would make the city look much nicer with a cleaner skyline.

If TAX PAYERS pay for a huge beautiful new bridge to private land and increase its value, that unearned value is now a GIFT to them because of corrupt tax laws.
The price of the bridge & maintenance in perpetuity must be recovered by LAND TAX of 1% flat rate in perpetuity. Thats how Bradfield paid for the land acquisition fir the Storey Bridge & Sydney Harbour Bridge

Who cares about another bridge. Its not as if i sleep and lick it everydays. Plus i never go that direction so the bridge for me would be useless. Because going to kangaroo point is just a houses and aparrments. And please dont say theres a restaurant. You think im going to walk that far just to eat at a restaurant i might not like!

This isnt an ethier or... the govt should be funding public housing AND public infustructure.
Both make our city a more livable, afordable place.
its nice to have so many houses until you realise u spent all money buikding houses and no infrastructure meaning living in the houses become more of a burden then anything

Without wanting to sound like a 10 hour video of a sound effect.... who's going to build these houses? Every 2nd builder is going bust putting even more pressure on existing builders to pick up contracts whilst fulfilling their own builds
wait until the Olympic games really starts and know they have spended billions and billions of dollars and now your all force to pay double the bills once the games end. If you see how bad it is right now with rentals and everything. Wait until the next nasty suprise which be even greater. You might as well fall off the cliff instead. So you really wantinmg this to happen? I mean its nice to have olympic games but no way brisbane will dare to pay the bill back. Because they expect YOU people in Brisbane to pay the bills bit by bit by adding extra high cost on your electricity.. internet.. water... food.. everything. So why bother do the games when you can just make the city bigger and let whatever tourist come in... The games only last 12 days right ? and a few billions dollars thrown out just for a 12 day games... but who pays it back? All the residentials of Brisbane and perhaps the whole state of Queensland until the billions of dollars are recovered and paid. Whcih means it will take years for you people to try finish off the nasty high bills.. which will effect you wondering why rent and electericity and internet and water is so high. Well think twice before you get too excited. You might be excited now for the future Olympic games... But not many people yet realise what is really going to happen after the games in brisbane... if that is too much of a suprise. Wait when the nasty suprise gets you all. This is seriously so bad and really sad......... Why not the stupidity goverment pay it themself rather then using Brisbane residents like ants......
Another random design ugly bridge. Brisbane gets worse every day. It's character gone completely and accessibility other than walking (in stinking hot summers or freezing winter rains) becoming impossible.
Then go somewhere else mate, we really have no need for you saying all of this.
