What a blessing the storm was the last day…you made all the travel home safely…PTL! I had a similar experience in Waterloo, Iowa 2 weeks ago-going up to granddaughter’s baby shower…a blizzard had hit…flight wasn’t cancelled though…wind chill -30…20 inches of snow…had a wonder party for my great-grand on the way…flew home safely to Georgia! God was with us, too❣️🙏

I don't know how you all drove on those roads with the wind. We had a roll over accident once in Colorado so I now get high anxiety when I drive on sketchy winter roads!! Such a beautiful little baby. Keep a hat over his head and ears. It will make him feel more snug during the cooler months. It will also keel him from getting head colds and having a runny nose...even when he sleeps at night. It will nake a huge difference.

I agree!! But having just 1 baby is so easy!!! Two Is ok. But when I had 3..!!!!..........whoa!!!! It's tough!!! Definitely a challenge !!!!😂 I wanted 4 but I became a Paraplegic ,,,,So,,,,,, I just had 3 !!!
I live in Illinois too but also lived in Colorado Springs I remember when we had 10 inches of snow and the next day it was all gone. I miss the beauty of Colorado. I live in central Illinois we really haven’t had much snow at all I don’t think we’ve had 5 inches. Love the Bates ❤

That drive terrified me just watching y'all. We had ice in north Alabama and I couldn't get out of my house for 10 days. Glad it wasn't iced over...you just can't navigate on ice. I know God was watching over all of you. Glad you had good family time, sorry about Callie 's arm and Ryker getting sick.
I live at the bottom of a ski hill in N. Idaho and we definitely get bad weather. So I totally get it 🥶🩵 It has its perks though. We are used to driving in terrible conditions, it’s the out of towners that need to stay off the roads 😂❤
Denver TSA is not too bad, but you can’t take any opened liquids through and if you take chap stick, take unopened ones. I was in Denver last May and they asked me to toss my chapstick. Yes, altitude is no joke in Denver ❤ glad everybody made it safely to Tennessee

It was horrible in Kansas too. We got to -25 with the wind chill and ended up with frozen pipes. Still on a waiting list for the plumber
