You didn't mention anything about filthy horde ROAMING AROUND BEL'AMETH without being attacked and if you as Night ELf player attack a horde, night elf guards will KILL YOU

Varian's remains are now in front of the temple of Sargarus where he was killed by Gul'dan. I leveled 10+ characters through the Broken Shore, don't recall ever seeing this before.

This isn't that weird. Kul'tiran humans get access to Stormwind's portal in Boralus when you make a new character. Night Elves can do the same.

Ah I should have been more clear - I mean Classic+ as a big new product, versus a season. I think SoD validates what many are excited about in a Classic+ idea.

Could probably pug normal Fyrakk quite easily now, lots of groups are familiar with the fight now, pretty simple on normal.

Yeah you can pretty much PUG most things now adays. I rarely go into LFR.

I just figured the old friend Khadgar spoke of Alleria, since she is going to be hunting Xal'atath in The War Within.
Bel'amath looks like a lovely Kal'dorei city, and I'm glad they added portals to other night elf holdings in Kalimdor, meaning they still have access to their ancestral lands.
Edit to add, as of current on live, the Comp Stomp cannot be queued up as the interface is crowded with Bliz mode & Korrak's Revenge. This has, understandably, upset players.
I geniunely hope they atleast provide ability glyphs for the people who still prefer the Shadowland effects. This could of been an opportunity to expand character customizations and give inscriber's new glyphs so players can choose the type of class fantasy that they want, not what is being forced. This gets frustrating because class fantasy goes out the window when you remember that race fantasy still exists and most classes aren't able to be customized to better fit the actual characters eg. Night Elves & Nightborne priests unable to access moon effects for their worship of Elune, Darkfallen/Ren'dorei not having either rage/blood or void effects to better match their life states, mail & plate users can access natural armors but not nature based effects, death knights wanting the ghostly green of Maldraxxus to be extra edgy and many shamanic races still don't have thematic ghost forms, either.
Could of been an evergreen system going forth that could of been a cool way to return players to older content to either unlock the effects or unlock the glyphs if one has inscription and then provide new rewards going into new patches & expansions in the future so the players' can pick and choose what specific fantasy they'd like on their toons. Could even have a glyph station that acts as a barbershop but for abilities to be customized, like spell colours or particle effects or even animations.
But instead we just got a team that's cowardly trying to run away from their Shadowlands mistake rather than amend the problems, all because the immature crowd of WoW want to treat it like its the cooties back in school >_>
I think having the legendary content open for people who can’t get the axe is smart. Maybe a high level trinket? Or heroic loot the way they do the special Timewalking loot?
Maybe we'll also do something in the next couple of xpacs with Feathermoon and Isle of Dread, now that we'll have some more naga things going on and we'll be spending time nearby smashing bugs and thugs in and around Silithus.
Plus add boating for housing and have underwater content.
There was between 60-70 thousand players on SoD Crusaders Strike-EU. Probably simular numbers on other servers too.
Wish they would add more support classes >. Hunter support , rouge bard support. Wizard arcane support, shadow Ptoest and enhancement shaman.
At least for WOW there is a chance, for D4 feels like nothing has changed.

The issue is the Expansion packs are nice. But the fact the TBC servers are gone and the lich server will be gone is something those people that play those expansions dont like. Its why seasons servers are so populair. I hope it becomes a sort of old school runescape Realm list So we keep our characters and we eventually get endgame content that was cut. Like just make a Outland Raid as it was supposed to be in vanilla and instead of normal levels at 60 just use the Ilvl stuff to level up your character. add new dungeons to old zones in azeroth. I mean there are enough zones that where partially cut out. Like tenaris missing 90% of its content Silithus, Blasted lands. Like lots of areas that could use vanilla updates etc

At beast, TWW is just meh like Dragonflight. At worst… well… we’ve seen how badly things can go wrong.

@@LuminateTheWorld it is exactly that except you spend more time wandering around looking for mobs that aren’t tagged than you did in regular classic.
It's so disappointing to see long term wow players suggest turning one of the better legendaries into an artifact weapon, those were a mistake and need to be buried. Also great is not the word I'd use, retail is just shovelware at this point. I also dislike the gacha style forgiveness system implemented with the legendary axe, that's a slippery slope. Next up WoW is a gacha game and you're rolling for Frostmourne. Legendaries should be rare and hard to obtain, it's what makes them legendary. If you want to remove the rng aspect then make it a long and difficult quest chain ending in a solo encounter similar to warlock green fire did.
Shadowlands shifting power looks amazing
I'd actually be inclined to play Season of Discovery or Classic+ or w/e if it didn't LOOK like Classic. Not really sure what's so endearing about the lack of polies. For the true classic experience, sure I guess it makes sense... but since SoD seems to be taking it in a whole new direction I feel it could afford not adhering to classic aesthetics. I like all the racial and customization options of modern WoW much better.

@@primal4887 except it does when we are discussing about in-game items. if you want to link me how cloaks flow in real life then cool, by all means do that. I too want cloaks to actually be like cloaks in WoW but alas we are stuck with stiff blankets of ply wood on our backs and not actually flowing capes, like there are few models in game that use them already, or few over the shoulder capes also on npc's, and you too can easily find them

Loving Dragonflight. Love your content. WoW is in such a great place. After watching your content during Shadowlands vs Dragonflight, I can tell you, Bellular, are having a much better time.
I just wish they wouldn't give me a question I can't do to a month later. Wait and give me the question I can actually go do it.
I wish they would add a mask to hair so they could simply hide the hair that intersect with a hat line and anything above, but let the rest of it show. Considering how amazing their gear improvements have been, I’m hoping we can see that in the next year or two 🤞🏼

Id rather see them give DH a third spec before giving a class a 4th spec. Or maybe change Destruction to a tank spec I guess since its just a shittier version of mage at this point.

I was heavy into retail WoW until SoD ripped me away from it with all of its nostalgia and new mechanics.

Dark Ranger Transmog already exists in game, grab the Quiver from Sylvanas in SoD (Shadowlands Raid) and you got the full set. in the meantime i am using the Windrunner Artifact Bow which gives me a Quiver with Red Arrows that works with Cloaks.

Honestly getting pets as a monthly reward is pure shit. I can't care less about pets. Mounts and transmog on other hand? Yes. Would've been better if we could choose pet or more coins. Because I do want to buy some stuff from vendor, but have no coins. And I already done monthly reward.

Original main through vanilla and the beginning of BC was a night elf. RL friends played Horde so made a blood elf with BC to join them and have been Horde ever since.
As a long time Tauren player, I would gladly leave the horde and help the Nelfs get their homelands back. Both the Alliance and Horde have outlived their usefulness
Kalimdor is an ugly place, unfit for Alliance Civilization, you mongrels can have it.

This is not Nelf capital. It is a neutral hub where if you as a Nelf kill or attack horde, you will get killed by nelf guards.
Except when a horse goes in there he gets attacked by npcs

Now, if you attack horde as a nelf or alliance, you are dead. Horde can use flight paths, vendors, buy nelf tabard, nelf cloak, nelf shoulders etc.

It's not like we've already had legendary weapons being upgraded from epic weapons before. Sulfuron Hammer, Shadowmourne, etc.
i hope the archives sends us around the world to pickup all the books in the game, items from dungeons, etc etc and get rewards for it. make use of your game blizzard!

Fuck no, Darnassus is easily the worst city lay out in the entire game.
It had great architecture though. We haven't seen proper night elven stonework that hasn't in any way diverged for years. Suramar looked amazing but it was made to better fit the Nightborne. All other things we have out there are old (in both gameplay and lore senses) or are entirely made of wood. Which, sure, wood. But... Night elves HAVE a lot of cool stone architecture. Use them more, Blizzard!

Retail just isn’t very appealing anymore it far from what made it special and somehow they fucked it further over the years we need a whipe and refresh of everything

Tried SOD, and was quickly reminded of one aspect I disliked: quest/mob money drops, and being broke due to skill training?
...the whole cycle of building up some money, dinging the next level and it would be wiped out (or worse not have enough) after training new skills.

Don't come back just for the gilneas stuff. That will still be there when the next expansion is out. I'd say wait and see if the game is truly turning around. I'm not exactly ready to give them my money personally. Of course do what you see fit.

Pocket watch, cloak and quiver sounds good to me.
just use the Artifact Bow from Legion as your mog, then you can have a Quiver AND a Cloak.

If you really look at it, it kind of makes sense why would they want to move Night Elf capital to Dragon Isles. Darkshore, even though its reclaimed, it is pretty much destroyed and plagued. Teldrassil is burned. The whole zone looks very bleak and not very much like a Night Elven zone should look. On the other hand, Dragon Isles is all lush and green in that area and big plus is they will now have the protection of dragons to keep the tree safe from any possible future incursion. It's a win win in my book. Only downside is that it's not somewhere in their ancestral lands, but Night Elves still have a large presence on Kalimdor so i think its fine. They have another World Tree over there and several zones under their control so its not like Horde is now claimed the entire continent

i have Several Nelfs, and i dont share the sentiments that the Nelf playerbase has. i got commented on by this one guy who was like "i know a hundred places better that Amirdrassil could've gone." then when asked about it, just continued to talk shit. Nelfs are evidently the same as classic andys, cant let go of the past for even a moment.

They kinda had to do it with the tree. The old tree was literally a stump and incredibly ugly and inaccessible, even if the zone itself was very pretty. It was a relic of old tech from 20 years ago. Even a total rework would leave it next to equally dead zones. Now they added a gorgeous new tree, big new capital that's not located in outer space in the corner of the world map, and a central base of operations for Elves to work from that isn't some Stormwind refuge. And as they said, they will be reworking old zones. Presumably, Kalimdor will get some Night Elf settlements that will mean they still have a permanent presence there. It was all technically there, but all as tiny camps made back during Classic or Cata.
Also, those are some gorgeous mogs! Especially those capes! I was waiting for that for a while. I just hope they will eventually add a proper one, covering both shoulders and the entire back, that can be mogged together with the hoods.
As long as you ignore that the tree only exists in the Emerald Dream...

BFA's ending and Shadowlands may have played a part in it. I'm sure there's a RUclips channel that has the lore available.
Jaina was reasonably angry after Theramore, it took some time, but that wore off, especially after Baine brought her brother back to her, after he was raised into undeath. Sylvanas was planning to turn him into a bomb, Baine sabotaged that plan.
