It's over. 30/0. Thirty wins, zero relapse.
I'm really glad seeing all these people, really drives home the point that we're not alone in this journey. Congratulations to everyone.
Day 23 : In a stoke of luck I met a coworker who's trying to quit smoking. He started this November, and he's currently on a 23 day no smoking streak. I didn't tell him that I'm currently doing NNN, but meeting someone else treading on a similar journey renewed my spirit. If he can do it (which I belive is infinitely harder), I can do it too.
I'll be BRUTALLY honest with you all, I don't feel any difference physique-wise. Ok, I feel a bit fresher than usual, but no weight gain / new muscles forming to speak of. I think my journey of NNN isn't about me building my body to that of a Spartan warrior, it's more of a spiritual path of cleansing my mind, starting anew, "recalibrating" myself, something like that.
    Day 24 :
Almost relapsed today in the bathroom. It just.... came out of nowhere. I was already in the process, but I forced myself to stop before it all went crashing down. Stay strong my brothers!
    Day 25 :
Can't believe it's less than a week to go. I'm currently thinking of continuing the journey even after NNN ends. I mean, it's not like it's going to be any harder am I right?
    Day 26 :
Another weekend. My spirit is through the roof. I can't believe it I made it this far. I've been trying NNN since 2016, and never really got all the way to this point. This might sound cringe, but holy hell I feel proud my guys. Keep it up, don't let go!
    Day 27 :
Two things happened today, both being utter opposite of each other. In a moment of absent-mindedness I grabbed a few materials that I thought I'll use when it's over. Quality stuff to pop the champagne, if you will. Stuff that I've been putting off only for the best of times. Something to celebrate. But then, is it really the correct way to celebrate?? Nothing was spilled today, but now I'm loaded with plenty of fresh new materials. Should I stay or should I go?
    Day 28 :
The materials I brought in last night was calling to me. I'm walking between thin lines. While it's already very easy for me to hold it in at this point (except those rare cases when it struck out of nowhere), my mind kept wondering whether I should break the record as a celebration or not. Nothing of note happened today.
    Day 29 :
One day to go! At this point, it's impossible for me to fail. I didn't delete the materials, I'd just keep it there safely for when I needed it. I already decided my next steps, I'll continue. This has turned from NNN into an endless survival mode where I see how long far I could go. I'm stoked.
    Day 30 :
End of the line. That's it. It's over. Flawless victory. Again, I can't believe it I made it. I have to say, it didn't go that swimmingly. It was hard, perilous, and I almost fell several times. But, thanks to the support of you all, I persevered. Hope you all made it too.
I'm planning to continue the journey. I'll keep watching this channel of course. But, I probably wouldn't do daily updates like this anymore. Maybe once a week or once a month. This comment is already too long anyway. I'll keep you updated.
Now, I'll drink some tea to celebrate the journey. I want to enjoy life for once.
If there's one thing I didn't expect from all this, I still can't believe that the most supportive group I've ever been wasn't from my close friends, coworkers, or even my psychologist. It's from a band of people trying to not fap for an entire month. Man, life works in mysterious ways, am I right?

I have been actually clean for 2 straight months before NNN even began and I'm super proud of myself and full of enthusiasm rn, I've lost for words I don't even know what to really say?
I knew sum friends who sadly lost NNN the 2th to 5th day and I felt so much remorse thinking of doing this by myself, until I coincidence found this channel of Spartans and just so glad to see people succeed, and prevail.
I'm leaving this and telling all the Spartans is possible to do the impossible if you put your mind to it, have a agenda and such forth
Further more I might relapse in a couple hours it has been really fun and beneficial but my journey ends here, but just no the war is never over until you make it so.
Stay strong Spartans and achieve a endeavor that you never have before!!

Just wanted to say that it's absolutely insane at how many people have seen such large scale self improvement during this month. Myself included, I went from lasting 9 days last year to completing NNN with no relapses. This is largely thanks to you Minute, I watched a lot of your videos this month and they motivated me to keep pushing. So thank you for helping me along this journey, and even though this journey has ended, I wish you (and everyone else who's been here wanting to improve themselves) a wonderful and fulfilling life. Goodbye for now, I hope to see you all next year! 👋💪

(NNN Day 30) Guys we did it! What was once impossible, is now no longer the enemy, rather our ally! Whether if some didn't make it, you fought head on! Proud of all you guys here today for never giving up on yourselves, even proud that I got through the whole month! Workouts are great, meditating has never been more of the greatest relaxant, and just having a workable routine has been if not the greatest change I've ever seen! God I'm going to miss these daily updated videos, but man. What an adventure! All I can say to you Minute Wisdom, Thank you so very much brother! I will miss this challenge and your motivational videos about it from now on...
Watching them became sort of a daily ritual for me, it kept me motivated and determined to get to the desired victory, it helped me to wake up early, to get better concentration at the university and to socialize more. It was a great journey with its ups and downs and I felt like a part of a family here. Although the challenge is over, it was just a battle, the war is still going on. Everything you've learnt during this month must be applied to your daily life, it must be turned into your habits, it must become an integral part of you.
Spartans, we'll see each other again in the next November, but for now - always remember to be BRAVE!

Everytime I told the people I worked with or friends about this challenge they thought of me as an idiot.
But here I am at the end of NNN where I managed to profit from it‘s benefits and I even managed to drag my father out of his porn addiction and made him walk this path with me. I‘m really proud of him and myself and I can‘t wait to hit the 90-days streak.

I gotta say, I owe a lot of my success in completing the challenge this month to this channel. There were literally weeks at a time where the first thing I needed to do when I woke up was watch your video for the day. This challenge has been one of the most difficult journeys of my life but I didn't cave. Many nights I had to simply clench my fists, close my eyes, and recite the mantra "I will not fail" out loud until I fell asleep but it was all worth it. If you told me a year ago, 2 years, or even 5 years ago that I was going to successfully complete this challenge I never would've believed it. But here I am, victorious. That's growth. So thank you.

I started this challenge to prove to myself that I am not addicted. But as time went on it became more than that, it became a way of not just making a point but making a difference in myself. Not only did I not fap once this month, but I actually started to go to the gym almost daily, I started to talk to people more, I felt like I had changed and now I feel like now I can be somebody. Thank you to everybody in this community for pushing me to be the best. I know that the journey to be better continues long after this month, and while it scares me to not know what is in store for the future, I feel brave enough to face it. Thank you all so much.

It's been a journey. This last days were specially challenging since I had no need to leave home. Even if I saw a spicy picture or two, I managed to keep the urges controlled where I would otherwise have relapsed. Maybe I had this willpower all along but I never used it to suppress this issue. Today I worked out and surprisingly I'm less tired than other days where I didn't.
I wish all participants learned something from themselves. If you relapsed, keep trying until you succeed. If you're with me and made it to day 30 clean, a big hug and I'm glad you're in the finish line with me.

Dear people: I can say I made it till day 30 without any relapse. In fact, I started a new streak one week before november and I stay clean till this day. But I need to be honest that I'm into this for almost two years. Streak after streak I was fighting, falling but able to stand up again. I say this because I think there are many guys who didn't stay clean the whole month but did same thing as I did the last year within this month. To those guys I want to say good job! You didn't fail! You just started your journey. It isn't an easy task to step out of this matrix world of lust were we all live in today. Do not give up!! You entered a community wich separates the men from the boys. Be patient and be kind for yourself. Give yourself time and chances. You can do it! May God bless you all!❤️

Unfortunately, I have relapsed today, but I've been going strong through the whole month, and I did pass a good amount of days without relapsing even before November, so while I didn't survive all the way until december, I am proud to say that I have been doing much better on Nofap than I ever have before, and I'm going to try my best to improve, I'm not going to give up just because of one relapse, and neither should any of you.
I've been doing nofap eversince I was 18, and I am now 20, so I do participate in NNN, but I see it more as a time where I start to motivate myself even more to stop fapping, even after the month is over.
Do not let lust take over your lives guys, the world wants you to be weak, it wants you to give into temptation, do your best to get back up whenever you fall, relapse is part of the journey, but you need to learn from your failures and act accordingly to what you've learned, you won't be able to succeed if you don't know how to fail, so do not beat yourself up if you have relapsed this month, just keep moving forward and focus on building yourself as a person.
Anyway, we will make it guys, it won't be easy, it's going to be hell, but a hell that is worth going through, so no matter how many times you relapse, don't lose hope, before I could barely go 3 days without relapsing, and now I'm doing alot better, and trust me, if I can improve, I believe all of you can improve as well if you keep trying, so congrats to all of you who completed NNN, however, decemeber isn't the end, if you can do NNN, you can do Nofap, and to those who have tried and failed, you should give yourself a pat on the back for simply trying, trust me, many guys don't even think about doing NNN or Nofap, so there's no excuse for you to stop when your journey has already started.
    God bless all of you.

I did it guys, I won the NNN. It was a good journey. During this time, I was able to devote more time to things like sports and meditation. For those who finish the month without single relapse, congratulations Spartans, you can proud of yourself. Those who fall into porn's game, please take it seriously brahs, and know that this is a god damn addiction. But the race just begins. Remember Spartans: Stay strong and be BRAVE!

I need some help. I started my journey strong. Then I relapsed. 7 day streak gone like that. Did it again. 5 day streak. Relapse. 3 day streak. Relapse. 1.5 day streak. Relapse. Now I’m back at square one. Jacking it every single day. I’ve started exercising and eating healthier, as well as spending more time with family instead of being on gaming the whole day. I want this change. To have a life where I don’t have to focus on masturbation each and every day when ever I’m turned on by something or someone

    I don't know why I'm at this video. I don't deserve it (yet) .
I did the challenge in november, but failed miserably at day 17. Although I continued to have 4-7 days off, but never really more than that. However, I really see the huge change in my mindset, perspective on life and my purpose as a man.
For short, I work 2-3 different jobs that needs a huge amount of energy, creativity and assertiveness. When I have relapsed, I really started to feel weak, but after 2 days of nofap I'm getting back my sense of direction and duty.
I am going to graduate in the 20th of April, it will be a hard task to prepare, so I'm trying to get every testosteron in my body in my aid.
If anyone read through this comment, thank you! Also happily receive any advice or critic. I really want to improve at everything and as much as possible.

I think that starting to see your videos was one of the best things i could have ever done this year. Back than i never cared about my habbit of masturbating. But when this whole thing started with your video at the first day i started this challenge for the first time. I still lost in the first week, but your daily videos made me want to continue and to not give up. I started doing it for myself, not just for the NNN. I changed a lot of bad habits i had and now i am at half a month completed. Thank you for helping me want to change myself for the better.

I fell three times, but I didn't give up. I kept moving forward, because every time I relapsed, I was hurt, but I knew that I could do better, and so I did. I tried judo for the fist time at the start of this month, but I couldn't continue for medical reasons, and so I started reading books. I started reading "The silence of the lambs" and I tell you, I forgot how much good reading was. It's just a few chapters a day, but I don't force myself to do it, because I always look forward to it.
But I'm going off track. What I mean is that this challenge couldn't have been achieved without the help of this community. At moment of crisis, they've always brought me back to present and helped me remember why I did this for.
And mostly, thanks to you, Minute Wisdom, for these videos. I've never even tried this challenge, because it seemed too hard and I was lazy. But now I know that when I put myself into it, I can achieve what I want, like this challenge. I will keep watching your videos.
Thank you for paying attention to me, and always remember, Brothers, to be BRAVE!

    Day 30:
Hello brothers, we did it, we are here at day 30. It was a tough journey, many of us have fallen and only a few of us have come through all 30 days without ejaculating and restricting, constraining ourselves from watching Porn. Many has risen back up, some are yet to get up and get back on track.
Thank you brothers for sticking around, not giving up on each other. Thank you
I Suppose, this is where we part ways now. Good luck out there and maybe hopefully may our paths cross again next year.
Dear, Minute Wisdom thank you for all the support and motivation you have given us through this channel as always.

    NNN successfully completed.
Luckily I happened to be on Minute wisdom channel on Oct30th.
I really want to go on. Previously I didn't think I could stay like this for more than a week. Now I got the confidence.
I'm able to focus on myself, my family & friends and my work.
Sure there were some downs. I didn't watch P for 16days straight during NNN. On 17th day I watched P for 8hrs straight. I was getting dragged into it. But I didn't give up. And then came edging. On 20th day, I started edging. The mistake I did was taking mobile with me to the bathroom. But I remembered the challenge and the after effects of masturbation which disgusted me and I stopped. It was not easy but I succeeded.
I wanted to watch your daily videos proudly and so I didn't relapse.
Thanks Minute wisdom and our brothers in the community.
Stay strong brothers. We are here for ourselves. Rise up and conquer yourself.
