You missed a big one: Charlie Trippi who died on 10/19/22 at the age of 100. One of the greatest Georgia Bulldogs who ever lived. He was the MVP of the 1943 Rose Bowl for the Dawgs and the last surviving player from that game. He served in WW2 in 1944 and 1945. He came back after the war to earn all American honors and was a Heisman Trophy runner up in 1946. He is the only player in the Pro Hall of Fame to have accumulated at least 1,000 yards each receiving, passing, and rushing. In 2007, he was ranked 20th on ESPN's list of the top 25 players in college football history. He is a member of both the College and Pro Football Halls of Fame.
RIP Charlie. A speedster whom many defenders only got a glimpse of the number on the back of his jersey. If they wanted to see what he looked like, they had to buy a game program.
Thanks for mentioning him Larry. I’m planning to include him in my famous people who lived to be 100 years old video. 👍
See Steve did not forget him he will have a video to people who have lived to 100 or more. Well kurt Douglas was 103 I think!
May they All RIP QEPD 🙏
@@sallykohorst8803 Yes, Kirk was 103. One of the oldest celebrities I know of was Broadway producer George Abbott, who lived to be 107.
Losing Leslie Jordan so suddenly broke my heart. He was the most beautiful man who brought such joy to this world. Eternally loved and missed. 😢
I feel the same Felicity!
Rest in peace to everyone listed here. We're losing too many great people. Thanks, Steve for the wonderful job you do on your videos. Take care.
Thank you Maria!
Bravo! To you, Steve. And to these recently departed, too.
Thanks Matt
Awesome video. Well done. I'm named after the country singer Jody Miller. My mom absolutely loved her voice. ☺️
That’s awesome Jody! 😊👍
Damn, especially about Leslie Jordan😢. I truly adored him and found him to be incredibly funny. Way too young as well. Thanks Steve for this upload 👍.
I agree RS, he was my favorite on the list. 🥲
Steve, your work is always outstanding I appreciate you. I love this the music the information the format. I hope you are well. I am a longstanding fan who has the highest respect for your work.
Thank you so much Stephanie! 🎃👍
We have a lot of Great People in October and throughout the year. We are starting to lose the older “Greats” and so many Young People that didn’t have enough time to bring out their Greatest Talents! Thank You Steve for sharing this video with us! May All of these Talented People Rest In Peace. Blessings to You and Jim.❤
Sadly true. Thank you Nancy!
Absolutely loved Leslie Jordan such a shock what an amazingly talented man..gone too soon and in such a shocking way...sad that he was cremated and his ashes already scattered..thank you for all your amazing videos
Very, very nice Steve. I like this format and you give us enough time to not only read their personal information but then look at each person's picture. You are the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Glad you enjoyed it Janet!
Loved Robbie Coltrane in Goldeneye: 007…the first Pierce Brosnan Bond movie. He died on my birthday this year.
Happy belated birthday Chris! 🎂👍
@@TheGraveyardChannel thank you!
May they all rest in peace……AMEN!……..thank you Steve! Love ya.
Thank you Steve. 🙌. Beautiful Tribute, the music made it a little less Sad. Leslie was such a joy. We just loved him. 💕. His death was such a shock. He made us laugh so hard. No wonder so many wanted to work with him. 67 is not old. Loretta Lynn, Queen of Country, her passing was another Blow. She was so sweet,so honest. Some I have heard of, remembered them. I'm sure All of them meant something to Somebody. Death leaves a void, a hole in our Heart. But Love helps us Remember them. All Lives Matter. May they all RIP.🙏🕊🕯✨🦋🌟🌠❤💖🌹🌻🌷💐🌌🏞. Love, respect and positivity always. ✌🖖❤. Neita and family. 🙂👋.
Thanks, Steve. It was nice to see those who died, but sad as well.

Happy Halloween Kristy!
@@TheGraveyardChannel thank you. 🎃🕯️🙏
I'm still crying over the death of Leslie Jordan. Such a sad loss.
We lost some legends this month. I'll have to visit Judy Tenuta at Hollywood Forever and Angela Lansbury at Westwood Memorial Park.
Totally unexpected was the death of D.H. Peligro. I'm an old punk rocker who played the drums years ago and his stuff was just amazing on those Dead Kennedys records. Lightning fast and precise. He would've been a good fit for the Red Hot Chili Peppers but had an alcohol problem at the time (late 1980s) he joined and the band were all trying to get sober. He later got sober himself and played for the rest of his years.
I knew Robby Coltrane was ill for some time and he'll always be Hagrid to me. He was author JK Rowling's only choice for the role.
Robbie Coltrane was in European Vacation too.
Loretta Lynn's passing saddens me. I also married a coal miner's daughter.
Amusing story. When guesting on the Johnny Carson show she stopped midsentence to ask, "Why you smiling like the cat who got the mouse?"
Johnny replied, "I just love hearing you accent."
Loretta replied, "Act-sent? Talk sames you!"
Lol 😂
I had not heard that Ron Masak passed, ironically just a week after his co-star Angela Lansbury. Hadn't heard that Lansbury was interred at Westwood Village, yet another all-time legend in that small, star studded cemetery!
Lovely video Steve. Rest In Peace to all of them.
Thanks Amanda!
Gosh! I didn’t see anything in the news about Jerry Lee…thanks for putting it together. It’s a lot of work to out these videos together! Great job!
What a wonderful tribute video Steve! ❤️
sincere sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of all who have passed, rest in peace dear ones 🥀
Thanks Steve. Good work as always.
Love your channel Scott. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks CL 🎃👍
Thank you once again Steve great job of putting them together saves on the foot work
Thanks Thomas!
I sat next to Ron Masak on a plane once, Really nice guy. RIP.
How fun 🎃👍
Hi ! RIP to all ! Thanks for vlogging ! I remember quite a few of them! Great actors, musicians , comedians ! Take care ! Deborah 🇨🇦
Art Laboe I remember calling into his show and talking with him off air during commercials very nice guy always played the oldies I requested he is missed. 🙏
How cool. Thanks for sharing that with us L.A. 😊👍
Well done, Steve! Cheers!

RIP to all these legends🪦
Wonderful and respectful to all
Judy Tenuta was so funny! Very unique and original.
She was on my bucket list to see in Vegas.
Instead, she kicked the bucket.
Shucks.
Love ya, Judy.
Thanks for the laughs!
I thoroughly enjoyed her comedy.
She was great.
Thanks, I hadn't heard about Michael Callan, I was a fan from years ago...Also heard about but LOVED Jerry Lee Lewis ! Great Balls of Fire !!!
Another good one ,Steve Happy BOO DAY
🎃👍
You are just everywhere young man! Great video!!!
:-)
Thank you for sharing. I had no idea we lost Sherif Metzka (Ron Masak) and Jessica Fletcher (Angela Lansbury) until a rerun of an episode of Murder She Wrote and a tribute to her came at the end. Very iconic that three of the casts of Murder She Wrote died in October. Angela Lansbury died October 11th 2022, Tom Bosley died October 19th 2010 and Ron Masak died 9 days after Angela on 20th October 2022. Only one difference is William Windom who died 16th August 2012 just two months off. They all be well missed. RIP Jessica, Mort, Seth, and Amos.
As a French Man i knew some of these wonderfull actors actresses and comedians i am 68 ! May God keep them in Heaven !!! Denis
RIP to all in this video. Didn't Loretta Lynn have a stroke a few years ago? I wonder if it contributed to her death. Love this channel 💜🖤💙 Also, the birth date for Robbie is wrong, he was born March 30th, not February 30th. There are only 28 or leap year 29 days in February.
Typo 😢
@@TheGraveyardChannel No problem just wanted to let you know before someone else might have said something nasty.
@@purplegothicangel5650 Thanks, but it’s guarantee that someone will say something nasty. I’ve never done a video where I didn’t get a nasty comment or 100 of them, lol! 😫😊👍
Thank you for doing this, some I hadn't heard about.
everybody that has been layed to rest for enteral rest we miss you we want you back❤
Thank you Steve Great video
Thanks Alex!
Hi Steve. Have a good week!
You too Vloria!
Love this
Steve another excellent presentation. You omitted Bruce Sutter...National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Thanks for mentioning him Randy!
Looks like the million dollar quartet is reunited in heaven. Jerry Lee left behind a lot of great music for us to listen to.
May they Rest In Peace
great video sir
Always love all your vidio,s and look forward to the next
Shawna
Thanks Shawna!
Great content as usual.
Thanks John 👍
I was a big fan of both Angela Lansbury and Ron Masak
Always a bit sadder to see younger folks cross the bridge.
It sure is Anthony 😢
You miss Austin Stocker who died October 7 on his birthday 1930 he played in Assault on precinct 13 John Carpenter movie.
Thanks!
Hi Jody, thank you, once again, for another very kind donation to my channel. You'll be getting another shout out soon! :-)
Great video 📸📸📸📸
Your utubes are great thank you
Thanks Richard!
Hi Steve, Peter Gabel died on October 25th from a heart attack at the age of 75 years old. He was born in 1947 to Arlene Francis and Martin Gavel! Both from television and stage, but best known for the popular game show, What’s My Line. Steve can you please visit their graves, along with the grave of Dorothy Kilgallen and her husband, Richard Kollmar. He is buried in the same grave as Dorothy, on top of her, but no grave marker to represent Richard, Thanks Steven enjoy your channel,
Thanks for mentioning him Barbara. I didn't know who he was, but glad I do now!
Thank you Mrs. Potts and Jessica Fletcher
Good job Steve !! Is that Jim playing the piano in the backgorund?? haha Happy Halloween.
Lol 😆
Great video
Happy Halloween Steve! 🎃
Happy Halloween Dahli 🎃👍
We, too, shall follow.
I was devastated when Angela Lansbury died but also is crazy how her costar Ron Masak died right after Angela he was great actor also.
Nicely done
Thank you Cruz!
Thanks Steve.
Another great idea for a video.Thank you, Steve, and Happy Halloween! No egging houses and don't eat a lot of candy...haha😄😄
Lol happy Halloween Kris! 😂🎃
Happy Halloween, Steve!!
Thanks Billy. The same to you!
Jerry Lee lewis died on 10/28/2022 at age 87 he is the one who did whole lotta shaking going on and great balls of fire rip Jerry Lee lewis the king of rock in roll and the killer of piano the king.
I didn’t know so many left us last month. The one that stood out to was Darren Henley. I was a big Dead Kennedys fan in junior high and HS. I didn’t know he died.
Dead Kennedys were good, weren't they?
No; The Dead Kennedys are good.
@@borisbeverton5998 They kicked ass, especially live!
I would also like to add a RIP to Sacheen Littlefeather!
Darn! I didn’t realize she was this month. I thought she was last month. I definitely would have included her. Thanks for mentioning her! 😢
@@TheGraveyardChannel No prob!
Steve..... Happy Halloween. This video reminds us how precious life is. We are so lucky to be alive everyday. We should always live for today because tomorrow is never promised to us. Best to your husband. Now that I know that Angela Lansbury has been interred at Westwood I must visit to visit Marilyn, Rod McKuen, and Angela
Nice said Norma. My videos are daily reminders to me to be grateful for every day! Happy Halloween!
Steve, your channel, ever so eloquently, is descriptive of the phrase "Memento Mori."
Hi Zing, thank you for reminding us all of that simple but powerful phrase. Something to keep in mind every day!
jules bass died the same day as jerry lee lewis. jules bass was part of rankin/bass productions that gave us the epic cartoon christmas shows and songs.
Thanks for mentioning him laura!
Steve, besides adding GPS's on Find a Grave celebrities, do you also pay tribute to them on their pages?
Not sure what you mean. I pay tribute by making these videos.
@@TheGraveyardChannel I meant going on the different celebrity pages, say Natalie Wood, and leaving a flower and/or comment to her. I didn't mean to diss you regarding your wonderful videos.
I'm still sad about Leslie Jordan I just loved him.
Me too Jean :-(
Make a video for Angela Lansbury
Tough month eh Steve 😢
It sure was 🥲
Willie Spence from mine hometown my sister and his sister are good friend rest easy we both from west plam beach fl
So sorry for your personal loss jb. He seemed like such a great person and so talented.
@@TheGraveyardChannel thank u he was iam one of ur biggest fans I love ur channel keep up the good work steve
I think there's a mistake in the video about Robbie Coltrane's date of birth. There is no February 30th, he was born on March 30th 1950. But great Video. Thanks for that..
Typo. Thanks Sonni
@@TheGraveyardChannel No problem :) Thanks for your answer
I miss Loretta :(
Hi Steve, I see an oops on Robbie Coltrane
You have his birth as 2/30, ?
Thank you Steve for the Remembrance Light ! I absolutely adore Angela Lansbury
Thanks PW, no matter how hard I try or how many times I proofread these I still end up with at least one or two typos in every video! 😫
@@TheGraveyardChannel Hey error is human! We all look out for you !🥰
It's like 2016 all over again
What does, it's like 2016 allover again mean?
What happened in 2016?
@@curtisrobinson7962 it seems the world was losing a enormous amount of celebrities in 2016 it was very heavy in deaths , as I recall pretty much every week and the news was crammed full , to name a few ( George Michael, David Bowie, Florence Henderson ) to the extent that 2022 is mirroring the same pattern.
You need to take a trip to Brooklyn NY and check out Greenwood Cemetery There are many famous people buried there. Call and ask to contact Marge Raymond. She is a tour guide extraordinaire.
Thanks Michael. It was high on my list on my last road trip, but I just ran out of time. ☹️
@@TheGraveyardChannel I would suggest doing it late spring or early summer when all the trees are green again.
