Hey I recognise these guys hahahahaha. Nick and Helmi so awesome seeing them on here too. Chat Thai is not bad but that Do Dee Thai spot looks awesome. Don't be ashamed about that level 1 spice your body will love you for it hahahaha. Thai desserts are pretty amazing especially the mango sticky rice but the coconut tapioca pudding will def do. We've never had that fried dough either looks yum!
haha yeah i actually really liked Do Dee even though i was sweating like crazy. such a good combo of flavours and if i had some milk there i'd totally smash level 2 easy yeah the fried dough was pretty good! the highlight was def the pandan sauce

i've been to Bangkok & pattaya and i think generally speaking the flavours are more intense in thailand, like even with spices for etc... mild in thailand is like medium heat here lol and i really like the mint minced pork dish? i keep having it when in thailand and was hooked!
Hey Janice, Good Morning from Las Vegas....You snuck the Friday video in early..LOL Its 3:30am here, I just woke up couldn't go back to bed and I am poster number 34...yikes. Great video...and remarkably It is very apropo. I just booked my summer trip yesterday. Thailand for the month of June. Good flight prices and an airBnB on Sukhumvit road. I so am looking forward to the Tom Yum and Som Tum on the street, but my favorite Thai dishes besides mango sticky rice is Pad Kee Mao and Moo Ping, nothing says Bangkok after 1 or 2 or 3 am like Drunken Noodles and grilled meat on a stick. Even here in the states anything on a stick is better. Tell Nick to leave the Dad jokes to me....That's what my students call my attempts at humor in class. 👍🥢 Stay positive and keep driving on......
