Sink the middle pickup into the pick guard, it probably won’t pair well with the Nazgul anyway, unless you put a in a series parallel or coil split. Some people never use the middle pickup in hss or HSH super strats but I especially like positions 2 and 4 for clean playing. That’s a beautiful strat reminds me of Jake E. Lee’s Charvel. Hybrid 9-52 is the way to go on a Strat in my opinion also.
@@vrandmusiccorner2291 a lot of HSS players don’t use their middle pickup, I actually enjoy the middle pickup in my RG550 but it’s still the stock pickup and I have a Duncan Distortion in the Bridge and a Pearly Gates in the neck, so it’s output isn’t close to matched with the HB in series but in Parallel it’s pretty close. Eventually I want to try a quarter pound Strat or a stacked HB in the middle.
