For me, one of the greatest joys of having a reef aquarium is the sense of peace and serenity it brings into my life.
There’s something truly therapeutic about spending time with my aquarium, watching the gentle sway of coral branches and the graceful movements of colorful fish. It’s a reminder to slow down, to appreciate the beauty of the natural world, and to find solace in its quiet rhythms.

My favorite about this hobby is the love and support with everyone. Everyone helps you or your helping someone else. And telling the wife you need all new tech to keep up. But reality you dont.

I just built a new house with the central feature being a central reef aquarium. I am just getting to setting up my aquarium, a hobby I had to part with for 20 years - but I'm back, Baby! So looking forward to getting my reef tank set up and running - Despite the comments on the therapeutic effects of watching the fish, reefs and other critters, and the knowing that you are essentially playing God with this little bio-dome; the big joy is the tinkering - the adjustments and monitoring and adding a specialized piece of equipment to solve a problem. Then it is the look on visitor's faces and saying, "Ah, it's nothing to maintain....." :)

One of the best things about Reefing is..nothing ever goes smoothly! so there’s a ton of trial and error and lessons learned. But
Eventually you end up figuring out the issues your having and the pay off is well worth it.😊

Been in the hobby since the 2020 lockups. Love my custom 30 display, but this sump would be perfect under my 120 I’m buying equipment for now to set up after my whole house generator gets connected. Sweet.
I love building a new system (doing so right now) and this would be awesome for my new 120g acrylic reef!
Aside from all the great people I've met from reefing, I love that there's always something to do when reef keeping. There's always ways to make life easier with your tanks and an even easier ways to make it more complicated but it's fun nonetheless.
My joy is the fish in this hobby particularly marine puffers. Its incredible how smart and personable they are. Hoping to win this giveaway. Could really use the upgrade to larger sump!

I love bashsea, I am currently adapting my old ss48 to fit the gear for my new larger tank, I may throw in the towel and upgrade to a pro 60 to better fit the skimmer and bio reactor.

I’m currently building my dream 100 gallon sps dominant build. I want to give myself the challenge. Been working a lot of over time to buy the pieces from premium aquatics website in due time I hope I can acquire a sump like this for my dream build
