Definitely an awesome setup and the Cadillac of sumps, but like everything else in the hobby you pay the price for the luxury items 😆

I loved my platinum sump and their support was great when I had issues. My only gripe is with maintenance I wish they allowed the internal rollers to pop out to get cleaned as it was a pain to get them cleaned up and eventually they would stop rolling causing issues with the roller :(

Having the same problem. Snail eggs (?) accreting on rollers are brutal to scrape off.
