I’m conflicted because on one hand it would totally be like Kenny to make this up (to piss Spenny off) but it’s also just as believable that Spenny actually did that.

Spenny crewed over Kenny by telling the staff of this show that it was he (spenny) who had agreed to do this , when it was actually Kenny. Spenny just wanted the free publicity. Spenny has no right to be a judge when he knows shit about cooking or lavish dishes
This was actually supposed to be Kenny. One of the guys who produced the show ran into Kenny at a restaurant and they talked about getting him on the show. But the idiots running the show called Spenny instead.
