I don't think it's rabies, I do however think he needs a one-way ticket to the Rainbow Bridge. We can change his name to "the rabbit formerly known as Bunny"
I kept wanting to tell the other one to get away from it. Not that it would be able to hear me through the screen or understand me lol. It might be infected now too. Be careful when you go out. Do not approach. If you have kids, tell them the same.
I know how you feel. That rabbit hasn’t come back, we assume it met its end. It was also suggested it has a brain parasite that rabbits get. The symptoms match pretty well
@@keepitsimpleideaguy8676 oh that’s interesting. I don’t think I’ve heard of the brain parasite. I have a domesticated rabbit so this was sad to watch.
Ear mites/a parasite that effects rabbits. We had a wild rabbit that somehow got into our chicken coop and couldn’t even stand or hop without going all crazy and sideways. A friends wife took it and got some medicine stuff for it and removed some ticks. A week or so later and it was acting normal and the let it go back to the bushes
The signs of rabies are amazingly varied. In humans, rabies is often (but not always) manifested by swallowing problems. There is therefore only a rough guide with "Possible Symptoms". In case of doubt, only isolation helps to see whether the animal will die in the next few days or euthanasia and biopsy of the brain directly (if there are no viruses in the saliva, a reliable statement can still be made about the brain tissue).
There are two types of rabies manifestation: furious and dumb rabies. It has motor problems of the hind legs and all around and isn’t trying to eat- obsessive licking and grooming is a manifestation of the early stages of rabies.
@@antonystringfellow5152 Well its right back leg seemed injured. I was going to state the same thing KO said until towards the end when it fell backwards for absolutely no reason as all
It’s literally trying to attack the other bunnies. This is a sign of the aggressive stage, which is biting at anything that moves or isn’t there. It’s trying to spread it.
looks like a territorial rabbit suffering from e cuniculi, a parasite that resides within its ear canal that can cause issues with the rabbits balance. that would explain this rabbits head tilt and constant falling over. if it had rabies, it would probably be seizing and wouldn’t be as alert with its surroundings and what not
the way you can tell if its rabies in a animal is that they would stick there head up to the sky he seems injured but not rabies to calm for that still wouldent go anywhere near it tho
No he does not have rabies. Wild Rabbits are territorial and "claim" land. They will get offended if they see any other Rabbit of the same sex enter their claimed land and will try to ward them away. This rabbit probably saw that other rabbit walk into his "property" and was chasing him away. Rabies usually shows signs of the infected animal jittering and shaking and doing weird unpredictable movements.
It didn't have rabie. Rabbits are naturally terretorial so it was chasing the other rabbit. It may have some other kind of illness, but if its eating and doing normal rabbits stuff,it was fine
I think it’s rabbis, aggressive, difficulty with equilibrium. Idk may be a few bricks shy of a load but seems rabid to me, depends on if it has fear, if you can scare it, it probably does not have rabbies
Something's definitely wrong with it falling around like that definitely no point taking any chances couldn't affect the other rabbits get your pellet rifle out.
my rabbit did the same and bite me hard in my hand, it attack me for no reason and would not stop biting my hand i had to punch it to save myself, also this happen today
If it’s eating, then it’s not rabid. It may still be sick or injured. Don't take any chances.
Herbivores can’t get rabies in the first place

Excellent! Thanks for the reply!
Vertigo?
It's eating, usually not a sign of rabies. Still, don't risk your life approaching them.

It may have an ear infection or brain damage; cause the rabid typically do not try to eat, and are far more reactive and aggressive.

1. this doesnt look like rabies, it looks like its injured. 2. its very rare for rabbits to get rabies.
And where is the injury?
You cannot see it's whole body is affected?
The problem is in its brain. That's quite obvious.
@@antonystringfellow5152 Well its right back leg seemed injured. I was going to state the same thing KO said until towards the end when it fell backwards for absolutely no reason as all
Part of rabies is immobility of tbe back pegs occurring. Srop spreading misinformation please

Actually it looks exactly like rabies.
Looks like it found the magic mushrooms or got into some fermented fruit.
Looks like it's eating, so my guess is no. Just may have suffered a head injury by some predator.
Yes this looks like rabies.
In fact, it's behaviour is typical. Agressive, disoriented, poor motor control.
Somebody go fetch the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch!

Does this rabbit have rabies?
Only the rabbi knows that... ✡️🐇
We have a disease in the UK called myxomatosis that affects rabbits in horrible way there is a scab over and they die a slow death
That sounds horrible!
I’d say it’s either injured or rabies something is clearly wrong
Wow, look at all these Rabbit ologists.
It's hard to say but probably not. Are these your rabbits? Or are they wild?
Wild

Yeah that's for sure rabies. Nothing else could be wrong here. Poor thing.
that dodge 0:06
Highly unlikely. Its aggression in beginning is just related to Alpha male status.
It’s wobbling around and tripping and can’t even manage to clean itself, that ain’t normal.
It looked like it might!

Very rare for rabbits to have rabbies
...but is it rare for rabbi to have rabbits? 🕍🐇
Call animal control... they may test it.
Yes
I’d say yes
no his not rabies because they are male rabbits and male does like each other because reason is female if any dout you can reply me
I doubt it’s rabies but there is something wrong with it, it’s movements and head are lopsided and you can see the balance is off
No I don’t think it’s rabid still don’t take any chances
Something wrong with it!
:( poor bunny
It is moving its limbs so I don’t think
It has ear infection an probably ear mites

I'd say so.
The bunny is acting suspicious but I say no
That’s rabies
I’d say it has ear mites not rabies
It probably does because I used to have rabies
