In this video I will show you how to tie Bengkung Belly wrap in a correct way.

I had giving birth before 4 months can i binding?
Do you mean you are 4 months postpartum? If you don't have any complications then yes you could bind. But please always check with your doctor.

Eating is fine. But not night time sleeping. You don't need a wrap while sleeping. Usually recommended to wrap all the time when your body is active. From morning till night.
When to tie this after removing stitches ? And it works after 1 year also?
Yes Fatima. It should help even after 2 years postpartum if you follow proper postures and exercises.
When can I start after giving birth? Is it better when the edges are raw?
Dear, thank you for your question. If there are no complications you could start wrapping after 7-8 days of natural labor. If you would like your wrap to last for years to come then going with serged edged ones are better choice. They look neat and they don't deteriorate after many many washes. Raw edged ones are just affordable option for those who can't afford serged ones. So that they also get some benefit of Bengkung.
Mine keeps riding up and I have gaps. What am I doing wrong?
So sorry about it. Usually this issue happens if bump is already smaller than the up and bottom of the waist. What could help is if you wear on top of it a skirt or pant with a tight tie on the belly button. Basically that tie of the pant of skirt would keep it (Bengkung Wrap) on place.
