    The instructions with this belts are totally useless! Thanks for the video! Quick question I didn't see anyone else ask, they said to put these on while laying down flat on a bed but I see you putting them on as I had been standing up (even though I was putting them on wrong ooopsss) so I wondered about that.

    • @LiveCoreStrong
      @LiveCoreStrong  4 года назад +4

      Yes, at the beginning stages if you are weak and fatigued after childbirth you can do it lying down but you’ll find it’s quicker and easier to put on standing as your body starts to recover. So both ways are fine to do. Let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thank you for sharing. I was wearing it upside down.
    So I see most support is at the bottom of our tummy. When I tighten it, I notice the top portion of my tummy a roll is present, is that okay? Because I am squeezing the bottom, I feel like it the lose skin moves to the top and I have this roll below my chest above my waist band. Is that normal?
    Also, why can’t we wear it directly on our skin? Is it because of the marks it leaves on the skin?
    Also, the instructions say to not wear the 3rd part until after week 6 or 7, can we do sooner? I am one that had baby vag. And did not tear, so is it okay to wear the tired now?

    I've used several postpartum bands after each of my 5 pregnancies and this one I'm reusing. I had to reorder it cause I can't find the one I had but this time it did come with better instructions, it listed all the steps you gave but it suggests laying on your back when putting them on the first week or 2, may need to do it longer laying down after c section depending on your pain tolerance and muscle tone and then after that put it on standing while holding in the core muscles. My question is do you think laying on your back to put it on is a good or bad idea? I'm using this to hopefully help with diastasis recti that I've had since my 3rd and since I'm only 2 weeks postpartum I figure I'll see better improvement since I'm still healing rather than waiting months or years. I've learned proper exercises for lifting the pelvic floor and pulling in core muscles but I'm hoping the belts will help hold my muscles in the right place until I'm ready to start those exercises and I don't want to put it on laying down if that's going to hold everything in the wrong position.

      It’s not going to make a big difference putting it on standing up vs. lying down. I like standing up so I can feel exactly where it’s going in standing since I will be wearing it standing for the rest of the day. I have a better feel for placement and I can do it standing in front of a mirror.

    Hello Ma'am. Thank you for the video. It's very helpful. I just have a question. Hopefully you can answer. I'm 34weeks pregnant now. Aside for postpartum belly wrap. Can I use this as a belly support/maternity belt? Thank you. God bless. ☺️

      Hi, I am sorry for the delay response. There are specific belly wraps for pregnancy. Not this one in the video. Check out the pregnancy tab on Belly Bandit’s website.

    Right.... because on me it was kind of curling up when wearing it so I kind of gave up in using it.... but now I know why it was doing that (it was going up and I should be pushing it down everything would do that....) so I am basically back on it thanks to your amazing explanation and very good tips about it!! I just feel kind of saying that I love you just for that 😅😂💗

    • @jenabradley

      Good question, it is meant for women of all different sizes and for women who just had a baby mostly. I would not use this for weight loss purposes when you are not postpartum.

    • @jenabradley
      @jenabradley 5 лет назад +6

      Charla Beken it’s recommend 2 days after giving birth to your baby but always check with your doctor upon discharge from the hospital. If you have a c-section, your doctor might have a more specific protocol to follow. I started 2-10 days postpartum with my 4 babies.

    Do u recommend that I get one b4 birth even though I don't know What my sizing would be? This is my third baby and I want to get a jump start asap after birth.how long can I wear it?does it take long to show results?

    • @jenabradley
      @jenabradley 4 года назад +2

      Methirt Beamon a couple options: 1. buy it on amazon close to your due date ahead of time so you have it for your second or third day postpartum or 2. buy it amazon prime after giving birth and it will arrive within 2 days. This belly wrap is one size fits all. Wear it from day 2 postpartum to 4 months postpartum. Results depend on the person but I saw results the first month.
