hey i can hit easily 400 feet in practice and bp but i had 2 strikeouts last game, i have a hard time picking and choosing which pitches to swing at... any tips?

Hey coach, I have a question. Whenever I take infield my throws are perfect. But one a runner gets added in a game or whenever I always throw it away. I don’t know why, any help?
You might be in too much of a hurry. Usually it starts with your feet, once you field the ball. Make sure you set your feet and take your time. The ball is faster than the runner. Maybe practice with a runner half way down 1st and practice your fielding and throwing that way. Good luck👍

My goal is to get one hit by the end of my season which is kinda hard for me I make some contact but always get out and I just feel I’m not getting better
