The result I found was 1. Spontaneous flow of language,. 2. Easy understanding the materials, 3. Easy comprehension, 4. Helpful to learn all subjects, 5. Enrichment in vocabulary, etc..... I very confident to speak and share my experience.
When you read or leasten in english is it obligation to undrestand all words what I mean that for example when you read or listen should you umdrstand all words or just listen ??

I watched this video twice and what I found that this is really a very awesome and helpful video.
In this video she told us the 5 basic daily habit to be followed in order to improve English communication in an very effective and essay way.
What am I going to do is list down all the habits just told in this video are following
She advised me to do practice all these habits at least 10min each day
1. Reading
Reading helps to improve. vocabulary.and she also advised that read a loud.
2. Writing
Write on a topic you are interested on it.
3.listen
Listening either podcast or English song or audio book
4. Watching
The main purpose is to understand
the body movements , hand gestures facial expressions
5. Speaking
Speak on your favourite topic
