@@xFoxlUklVnzlx3 For three years I've been practising method called "shadowing" devised by Alexander Arguelles. I suggest using the full version of his method, which is thoroughly described on his RUclips channel. Don't just use a minimal version of his method. That is, do more than just phonetic repetition. Apply his method to a T. Sometimes this method is arduous but in the end it's very efficient. Good luck.
I meant regardless of grammar what patterns did you follow up to achieve your level? I’ve known that method is quit usefull shadowing just for improving your pronunciation indeed .
I'm used to analyzing these kind of videos with my online students and I loved your explanations, so I'll share this one with them! Thanks for helping my job be more enjoyable 🤠💜💙
Super useful lesson here! I particularly appreciate your tip on drilling/repeating a sentence slow first, and then gradually pick up speed. For learners: your first objective should be to get the pronunciation of a single phrase or sentence close to a perfect level (perfectionism is okay here because we're just dealing with a short sentence, you can get there in seconds) Then, once you master the slow pronunciation, repeat it a few times, each time with a slightly faster pronunciation. This takes your mastery of the slow pronunciation to the mastery of the authentic, real life speech tempo. You can feel the improvement in real time.

Waaooo Anna!! This lesson was a good one!!! In our own native languages, do the same, because some foreigners pointed out that in my country, we speak Spanish non-stop. But in the case of the actor that spoke fast and with some accent, it required a lot of good listening. Thank you so much for this lesson and by the way a very Happy Anniversary to you and Alexandr!!!
Hey Ana! I'm Polish and live in Ireland. I only found you today and just wanted to tell you that you're trully amazing!!!I admire your hard work excelling this level of English. I'm still in the process of learning and polishing my english skills and of course pronunciation! I'm far from being perfect like you , will follow your advices from now on. Love your videos ! :)
To make it more complicated, we usually reduce "her" to just "er" because the h in pronouns is usually dropped in fast speech. Great presentation of reductions and linking!

I started to watch you for the first time I hope to continue to hear you more often because I like your sound of the tang, but fortunately I found out about something that who can able to help me build my accent and speak properly English.
Thank you so much for publishing this very useful video. Besides the part you explained, I'd like to share the part I (Japanese) couldn't hear. 1) "did she" of "Or did she change on her own" 2) "you and" of "What's going on with you and Richman" 3) "as" of "I didn't take it as anything negative"
Why is listening good? When listening, we are reviewing a lot of English usage such as vocabulary, grammatical structures, intonation, accent and our own interpretation. We can learn new words and expressions by hearing them frequently. Besides the English revision, general knowledge from news, features, or even advertising spots is certainly beneficial for regular listeners. We can imitate what we hear and apply it with great confidence. Listening can be a good "hobby" while we do other things such as cooking, ironing, exercising, relaxing etc. In other words, we have no wasted time at all. Listening is also a great way to train our attention.
Hello Anna. I would like to ask a little about your pronounce. If it's not difficult you can describe all on transcription of English and what a connection a point of view of Phonetics? Thanks a lot for your video. You are professional in fact!🤗
