Looks like fun. I used to race, back then I raced a kawasaki x-2 in sport class and raced my 550. It was dangerous, even 25 yrs ago, almost lost my ex wife in a sanctioned event. The kawasaki looks like it's been discontinued but what a powerhouse! They are kinda different skis, I think I'd enjoy the Yamaha more👍
Has anyone experienced cracks in the fiberglass near the motor mounts? My back left motor mount area has two cracks in the fiberglass. I only have about 6 hours on it. Mine is a 2023. I heard the 2024 model on the show room has the same thing. Yamaha is saying it’s just cosmetic and won’t stand behind any of it. Thanks for your input.
@@dbauer228 thank you so much for getting back to me. I’m going to make a video showing the cracks. Seems to me after lots of motor vibration this is only going to get way worse.
@@Brian-yt3vr just checked. No cracks but I do have a small circle hole on the front of my left rear motor mount. The left rear seems to have an another small hole/imperfection. If you run into trouble, you can use marine tex to take care of the small cracks. Look it up. Very easy to work with. Cut up some fiber cloth and mix into the marine tex. Works amazing.
WCOT ride plate WCOT intake grate Pro Water Craft rear sponsons Pro Water Craft quick steer Riva power filter kit 4 degree bars 93 tune is next. Ski is on rails. I have rode the Kawi 1500 SXR. MY SJ corners much better and is way more stable in the straights especially in the chop.
So smooth... like riding on a mirror.
Shreddin! The TR1 sounds so good!
