Great video. I did have a laugh when I saw how easy the oil filter screwed off. You need to show the ten minutes of grunting and cursing that takes place before you loosen the oil filter on VAG cars. lol
Great videography Oil filter should be opened before lifting the vehicle? For good example, use a vehicle with battery covered (or at least the terminals)

Good afternoon. I would really appreciate your your advice .. so i m concerned i just installed used transmission which works fine and don't won't to mess up.. Recently I put 6qt TITAN ATF 1 with vw spec VW TL 521 62(G 052 162 ) in my VW Passat 2.0 T tiptronic fwd. 6 speed by mistake. I saw later that TITAN have the other fluid that exactly match with specifications for my model of car which is TITAN 4400 Spec VW G 052 990055 025. But both products are approved for VW Vw fluid from Dealer for my car has spec G 055 025 A2. Which I belive it match with TITAN 4400.. long story short I have flluid from b5 01m tramsmission in b6 09g transmission Should I drain it and replace right away with correct specifications or I can drive for a while with ATF 1 and then change to TITAN 4400 after a year . Whats the difference in this specifications and how important this is if both are approved for VW ? Thank you so much in advance. Ivan

Please clarify or rephrase your question. Best Regards, Autodoc team
@@autodocuk it’s not a question, just feedback
@@AbXulif that's not a question why you put a question mark at the end?? :P
@@grzesko3710 just in case they say they did open the filter outside of the footage?
Excellent. Quantity of oil required would have been useful plus run the engine hot before starting work plus new washer for drain plug.
You are absolutely right and after replacing it is necessary to install a new washer and plug, and also warm up the engine.
What is recommended oil for 2.0 tdi vw passat?
You can find this information in the service book of your car.
High quality fully-synthetic oil for diesel engines. Castrol have many, as do Shell Lubricants for the European market.
Thanks for this very helpful video tutorial. Please keep the good work up.

Plus would put engine cover on after filling oil.
The motor cover can be installed both before and after oil filling.
after adding new oil, run the motor to circulate it, wait 10mins and check.
