Hello Micheal, thank you for this video. I have a question about how do you manage 400-500 leads using this format? Since there would be so many leads and therefore a LONG list, would you keep all of the different statuses on this table ( Interested, Not Interested etc. etc.)? Thanks!

Sup George....yes I would keep them in each category until they have either been converted into paying customer or have outright demonstrate that they are not interested. At the end of each week or whatever time works for you you will want to do a cleaning to remove all those who have been converted and not interested. You can put them into a separate project. This way you will stay focus on the leads that you and your sales team are working. Let me know if this helped.

Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing. How do you upload a client list? I really don't want to type in all of my clients unless I have to.

Hey Danielle great question. The answer is easy.....simply copy and past. If you you have your clients listed in something like a spreadsheet (Row by Row) you can highlight them all and than go to asana then right click and paste. It will add each row as a separate task. ( I may create a video for this so look out). Let me know if it worked.

Where do you store the contact information?

The numbers can be stored anywhere really. For us, we have them stored in MailChimp. You could store them in Excell or Google sheets. Copy them over into Asana when you are ready to start reaching out to them.
