The Happy Valley Station Food Carts are AWESOME!! My GO TO place to just chill out with a beer and enjoy great food options. Definitely a quiet spot outside of Portland, but easy to get into town if needed. And only a 20 min run up the 205 to get to PDX. Love it here.
There's a lot of cool places in the Portland metro area. my favorite ones are Tigard, West Linn, Lake Oswego,Milwaukie and Happy Valley. Oregon City and Beaverton also included in the group.

I had no idea Hillsboro had that quaint downtown area. I missed it when I went there, I checked out the orenco station area.
