Helpful video. Could you describe allergy season(s) in Portland and does it bother you? thanks

Hey so during most of the year thru out the fall and winter the allergens in the air remain relatively low but come spring time and summer they can spike to be some of the highest in the country. It personally has never really bothered me that much that I've noticed, but I know people it affects quite a bit with the itchy eyes, scratchy throat, etc. So I'd say that if you're someone who's susceptible to allergies, to be prepared to find ways to comfortably remedy some symptoms. Thanks for watching!

What is a good quaint walkable community in Washington county that's still close to downtown Portland? For example I like Multnomah village but that's unfortunately in the higher tax county.

Hey Brian, I would say Cedar Hills is worth looking at if you want something walkable and in WA County, same with Central/Downtown Beaverton. When are you planning to move? Shoot me a text and we can chat more, I'm happy to help. 503-583-2081

Did not know about Multnomah County's local income tax. Good reason to not live there!
