I blame enforcement or lack thereof, why are resort towns in Jamaica lacking visible law enforcement presence? The powers that be can’t be this idiotic or can they? Without executing the fundamentals we certainly are not going anywhere successfully as a nation. Simple low hanging fruits are a no brainer folks. I have visited quite a few tourist destinations and one of the most noticeable things you quickly observe is the presence of order and law enforcement presence. If people feel safe they will leave the resorts more often and spend more into the local economy. The authorities are asleep at the wheel 😮😮😮
We can do better as a country, why a major resort town that welcomes so many visitors is allowed to look like any jammed up, lawless, sidewalks clogged with street vendors selling any and everything? No wonder investors only build all-inclusive hotels so visitors don’t have to leave the property, why would they want to leave anyway with the place looking like any run down city in the third world. Culture and mindset has worked against our development as a nation and country 😮😮😮😮
