For someone who hasn’t really got into uploading since this past year, you really do provide high quality videos. Great. Driveway is clean but now the garage is flooded.
Surprisingly there is a drain between bottom of the driveway and garage door 😅👍

Absolutely spot on Nigel, There are lots of people offering jet washing services from window cleaners, to gardeners to dave on the dole doing it for beer tokens with his karcher pressure washer. But how well can they clean it, thats the question ? With these videos you see me working and know what to expect if you employ me to do your patio, driveway deck etc. Thanks for your comments Nigel a thumbs up from me to you 👍
Ricky, how long have you been in the cleaning game? Your attention to detail is fantastic and is only eclipsed by your great video editing and production skills. Also your promotional ideas of the videos and the big blue hands are genius !
I haven't seen a service here in the US that has the steam clean, but then I do my own pressure washing, so maybe you need to start a franchise!!!

WOW, Ricky, you've turned another pig's ear into a silk purse! Excellent work! P.S. Based upon the fact water ALWAYS runs down hill and there are insufficient gutters, gonna bet the first house has damp issues in the front corner next to the garage. 😨😜😬 P.P.S. There really are lovely detached houses with garages and off-street parking in the UK....not just terrace houses like we see on Homes Under the Hammer. Good to know!
Hi ya yeah there are certainly a mix bag of houses I work on from the very rich to the normal 9 to 5 joe. This house had no problem with drainage at all as there is one in the corner and a long one that runs the length of the garage door 👍
My block drive has loads of plants in between the joints. Is that something that could be cleared with a pro jet washer or do I need someone to take it up and relay?

Cracking stuff yet again Ricky. I wish I could get all the moss out with just a couple of passes. Would using a stronger Hypo mix help? I cant really afford to buy a bigger lpm pressure washer yet. What about a flat surface cleaner with 3 nozzles instead of 2? Would that help?

Hello there thanks very much, unfortunately your machine flow rate is letting you down, but there is a fix to make it easy to get the moss out of the joints , change your nozzles over to 15 degree ones👍

On block paving you can only use kiln dried sand this is very fine compaird to normal builders sand

Thanks Daz , No dont go up north im based on the south coast in dorset and only do work around this area, although plenty of decent pressure washing companies it manchester to choose from 👍

HI ya no there is not, but i use a go pro 6 & 7s a couple of dji gimabals and a canon m50 with a host of lenses👍

@@slickbikervic pretty easy really a window cleaning pole about 30ft and a parasole base , stick the go pro on top and control with the go pro app

Hi ya it certainly has the power, but still have to be gentle with the pressure to remove mortar off the brick face with blowing out any of the pointing . i could have a look for you once you have finnshed the job

Great job Ricky is there anything you recommend to put on top of the paving to protect it from the elements.Every time i do my driveway first downpour seems like the paving hasnt been done in years i live in scotland so it rains every other day😂😂

For the removal of black spot that pressure washing does not get rid of dave
Is the first and second soft wash treatment both just hypo do you add soap to it. Or is one a biocide many thanks and please keep the videos coming :)
Dont use biocoide like to get the job done there and then with hypo, Biocode is just a gamble if it works or not, then take months to work, Its like selling magic beans to a customer.

Yes indeed have 2x 200 litre one at a guess i would say i use about 1000 litres

Hello, love your videos. Just curious, you never seal driveways, is there a reason for this?
Hello Adrian. Yes indeed there is a reason, to seal a driveway with a seal that is a great product you looking at around £ 12 per square meter . Its not really worth the money to the customer as it never lasts and most like the idea of paying 3x the amount to add a sealing option. And is such a ball ache to do as the english weather is hit and miss and you need very dry days for days. This doesnt fit in well when we have other jobs booked in the diary., so way too much hassle for us.

how much water did you use on that size of job? im about to start getting things sorted to be jet washing, not sure how much water i should carry.
Hello Gerry at a guess a would say around 800 ltrs, You can never really carry enough unless you have a trailer with a big tank on like the yanks do.

Hello Charlie , Its only a go pro camera attached to a window cleaning pole, although im now using a Dji osmo action cam as i find this a lot better. 👍
Do you always use hot water with your surface cleaner or does it depend on the job?
Hi Fred just mainly depends on the job, but i use hot most of the time

love these videos! how do you get the pressure to pump out the softwash via a hose? its been baffling me for a while haha, genius idea. i run my own window cleaning and pressure washing buisness and im getting sick and tired of using a pump sprayer haha. and obvs you have a van mounted powerwasher with a long hose...
Blimy a pump up sprayer youll be there all day with that, I use small roller pump on a a small honda gx120 engine , check out rutland pumps website i think they are around £1200

@@jmcmedia8859 hey ya 25 litre tubs are way too small i have a 200l chemical tank but normally 100 litres is enough for domestic work 👍
