    Brutal.
    Like the twist on the Tele jump....hope you don’t mind if I miss off the weights

    Eeesh! I tried it this afternoon. It is very good, as long as you concentrate on keeping your weight on the back leg too. Brutal burn after just 16 rep.s- couldn't finish (yet). Best suited to the last exercise of a longer workout. After you do this, you'll just want to go home.
