Ideas for rom hacks, anybody? 1) Mario vs. intestinal parasites which look a lot like poop-colored blaargs the rom hack. Maybe theme some levels inspired by the 2D Earthworm Jim games... especially the levels Buttville and Villi People. 2) I like Mirkwood from GPW2. I'd like to see a rom hack inspired by that level and level after it... maybe something Castlevania/Souls-borne themed. 3) An alternate interpretation rom hack which takes popular level design from games like Sonic Mania, Shovel Knight, Hollow Knight, and others... remixing their mechanical flavor in lunar magic to show how Mario would navigate with his abilities and power-ups. 4) Yoshi-ditching chaos the rom hack. You arrive on a chain of islands where Yoshis are far too numerous and invasive, but the contractor who issued the extermination job is a crazy builder of obstacle courses and he's paying you in exposure. You know what to do. 5) H.P. Mario World Craft. Cosmic, eldritch horror awaits on the shores of a forbidden city with perplexing geometry and creeping madness. Bowser has become a private investigator, trying to understand why his castle has been devoured in a portal of dreadful green slime. Has he called a truce with Mario, as they both work together to uncover these foreboding mysteries?
I think the intended strat with the key is you're supposed to throw it left against the far wall more or less as you're crossing the blue coin indicators. It'll bounce back like it did when you eventually got it, the thing doesn't have a whole lot of horizontal momentum so it shouldn't bounce back too far even though you're doing it from higher up.

Our Mario playing friend here, being a small child, misunderstood and began saying "Grand POOBear", the name of another familiar childhood favorite.
I was dancing to that Ghost House Jam. 🕺👯♂️👯♀️👯💃 Then almost puked the thought of being jammed into a butt. What misery for the turtles fate. Lodged.
You definitely need to try the Super Fart World hack. You even get a stage or two with jetpack-style farting to propel you around, like Celeste but with more booty.

That second level, there were some really tight spots, but you got it in there man! You missed a couple times which is only natural, but when the moment of truth came you nailed! You should speedrun that level. That would be some crazy shit.

I figured it had to overall world size, but in classic, it probably went hand in hand, so I never noticed.

What’d you do today poo? Well I streamed played a Mario hack and got some ass while doing it. Today was a good day.

In Basic SMW, I always thought that the big dot levels were the stages after save points.
