Worst work life balance, daily targets, daily review meeting by Regional Heads ,BH and on top of the CGM . In nutshell it's GULAMGIRI. And they are exploiting newcomers at every position like anything.
Joined on 13th June. In the name of training they just gave 3 days induction programme. I was the only lucky guy in my batch to get home city posting. Joined as TSE, from the second month itself, they put me in cash. The regular review by Branch Head, Regional Head is real. Our mornings start with the daily lecture of BH, filled with humiliation and guilt we continue our work. You'll be seeing less banking and more of selling here. Several vigilance and audits are there so you aren't expected to missout anything which might lead you in trouble so you have to be careful with that too. Everyday is a login day which becomes real pain, the BH asks you to login whichever day it is with individual targets in most of the branches. With them, casa sourcing, SSS schemes, MB activation are a must for everyone. Those who are on teller have to reach early before 9:45 and there's no particular time for leaving sometimes it is 8:30 or could go till 9:30 too.

The job is definitely not the best, but at the same time it's not the worst as well. I've been working here since last year and i will never dare to speak ill about this organisation. Agar apko targets and kaam se dar lgta hai toh bank ki taiyari he drop kar dijiye kyuki you will find them in all banks. Salary kam hai for sure but jaisehi AM promote hoge aapki salary approximately tripple ho jayegi. Also vaha ka work culture kaafi acha hai. Agar aap selection le rhe ho aur posting sahi jagah mil rhi hai toh definitely go for it. Ghar aayi laxmi ko kbhi mana nhi krna chahiye. Taiyari acchi hai to join kro aur aage ke exams do. To those whose are thinking to fill the form just fill it i have already worked in idbi as an executive and can definitely say it is good job (actually varies branch to branch) and don't get trap by someone who is saying it is worst job . My experience in idbi was excellent and while working there never thought to leave the organisation. But yes the salary they pay is literally lesser in comparison to other banks.

Nowadays atleast at the officer level sales pressure is increasing in every bank😢. Sirf clerical level firhal safe hai. But sach toh yeh hai ki aur 5-10 saal mei sales ka pressure har bank mei badhte hi rahega. Unless ye toxic sales culture rokhne ke liye rbi kuch kare.
