My partner worked on creating the sets for the film in Malta and my goodness I’ve never seen anything like it, he isn’t wrong about the temperatures!!! Incredible sets and wonderful actors, cannot wait to watch the whole film x
Mescal has a unique facial features resembling Greek statues, if you observe closely. He really should play Greek Gods or Heroes. Apollo seems suited? Or perhaps Disney's Hercules live action?
I am very impressed by this young man's accomplishments. The first acting role that I saw Paul Mescal in was in Gladiator II, and I was aware that this was a very physically demanding role compared to his other roles. I think that he did exceptionally well at portraying a badass fighter with strength and honor. Paul feels like a complete actor already, yet he will only get better at his craft. 🙌
I have the bad feeling that gladiator 2 won't be a good film, and i really really hope, that Paul will shine in it. So if he has a bad movie in his filmography everyone can at least agree that he as an actor never disappointed.

I feel like the official press tour for gladiator 2 hasn't started yet. I saw somewhere that the cast with denzel and pedro with paul is going to be on a big talk show, which i think will be the start of the press. These ones are just for paul mescal and starting the gladiator 2 stuff i think. And I feel like pauls demeanor just makes it easy to seem like he isn't as enthusiastic, but thats just his energy I think and he seemed to be really good friends with scott.
