Thanks for the video. Can you answer my question about the zest? I love it, and I know it is widely used in a lot of recipes. But... usually, citrus are covered with artifitial waxes, preservatives, etc to handle the shipping. I'm not even sure about the ones labeled as "bio". When at home I buy fresh ones freshly imported from Greece that are supposed to have less chemistry (they don't last more than just few days). But they are not available all year long. What I do, is to splash them with boiling water and with citrus from a regular supermarket. I also dip them in water with some sodium bicarb. But I'm still not sure about the final effect. While zest is super tasty, I have some assumptions that because of what it is covered with, it can be unhealthy as well. Any help here?

yeah, that's why they're professionals getting paid to do a job on the world tour, and you're sitting in your underwear making comments on youtube. i'm sure your opinion means a lot to them
To fuel professional riders with conventional milk in some countries could easily end on possitive in doping tests due to all the hormones they give to cows 😂

I'm not sure if it's true worldwide, but in the USA USDA requires organic fruit to be unwaxed or waxed with a food grade wax.

I mean, you're not eating a lot of the skin so you're probably fine!
How do you guys manage food waist?
Food waist (definition):

Soy milk ???? why in earth would you use that shait.
Soy reduces blood testosterone.
(while the hormone conversions within the body are complex, this is a known correlation.
Agreed, I would rather use a mix of coconut water and Kefir yoghurt.
to fuel professional riders with plant based milk should be a crime.. read the ingredients smh
