Fast forward 10 years later, we got our beautiful girl, and she's 8 month old as well. While things are still not how we would like it to be, it's better than before. Life do find a way. you can play 99% of pop songs nowadays in a random four chord progression, even though it’s not the original progression, as long as you transpose every song to the same key. maybe even keep the same tempo throughout a medley of them, but you will definitely sing some slower or faster 😅 the exceptions to this are usually songs that have key changes, have a time signature other than 4/4, or have just enough i guess jazz elements (like more complex chords/chord patterns) to make it unique enough.
