PNHN, probably the most underrated auditor on RUclips. NOBODY is more thorough in their auditing: Scanner audio, body cams, arrest documents, knowledge and articulation of law to law enforcement or anyone else who needs an education! That's a ton of extra work. I'm not aware of anyone this complete and thorough. And I sub to about 200 auditing channels. 💪🏽😤🤳🏽🗽

Yup! I understand Mark was trying to protect the man's rights, but this was not "protesting" and throwing lighters at people is not protected by the constitution. This man committed several crimes including harassment by repeatedly screaming in people's faces. Mark should have stayed further back and filmed... this unstable guy already got in Mark's face, assaulted him, and threatened him.. pepper spray doesn't always work and Mark should have backed away from the scene for his own safety and allowed the cops to handle the situation. As a retired UK police sergeant I'm normally critical of the US ego driven, aggressive police approach. However I think the high level of restraint shown by these officers is commendable. The man was not protesting he was either mentally disturbed or intoxicated/ under the influence of drugs. His arrest was inevitable.
Before cameras were used the way they are now when I was a teenager, cops would definitely let you have it if you did something stupid... It was expected when we got caught for doing dumb shit.. we took our licks and it was what it was...
And thats why cops behave the way they do today, because prior to cell phone cameras and the fantastic first amendment auditors they were allowed to behave like the thugs they are.

The auditor would’ve been arrested immediately. Had he been acting this way. I couldn’t reach the chief of police, but I did reach the city manager and mayor and told them to look at this video. This person needs psych assistance.
honestly one of keenes problems, my step dad was hammered at 1 in the afternoon and was threatening me and my step brother. I then locked him out when he went outside, and i called the cops. He then broke the door down and came inside screaming. KPD showed up and told me i can't lock him out of his own house for whatever the reason. I moved out at 17 and haven't talked to either of them since.
I don't care if it's a cop, an auditor or any citizen, you never allow a zombie to get that close to you. NH i love your audits, but the cop needs to focus on this nut and not answer you about name and badge numbers, that can be done later.

honestly one of keenes problems, my step dad was hammered at 1 in the afternoon and was threatening me and my step brother. I then locked him out when he went outside, and i called the cops. He then broke the door down and came inside screaming. KPD showed up and told me i can't lock him out of his own house for whatever the reason. I moved out at 17 and haven't talked to either of them since.
