Loose under folder!?! Oh my God!!! Pretty much all under folders are loose or worn. Now, the rest? I can't believe they're selling anything with a chamber like that!
Mine is very similar to yours and the more I think about it, the more terrified I get. I dropped a round in the chamber and there is slop due to the modifications. Mine will be going back too. Thanks for your videos on these. Super bummed it won’t be working out for most of us.
Can't believe these weren't inspected before distributors sent them out, knew $600 was too good of a deal for a foreign trunnion ak that ran out of the box
Was kind of bummed I didn’t pick one up when they were released. Now I’m glad I passed! So many examples of not only bad quality rifles, but unsafe rifles that were shipped out!
That’s messed up they just sold all those like that. Those where obviously dedicated 100% to blank fire. (Hence the welds) Things where done along the way to make them feed and function with the blanks. They should have went through them and then either disclosed that or Re-barreled them.
@@LemonHead-sq5ws it wouldn’t cost that for Atlantic to do it before selling them. (They also didn’t pay $600 for them) they have their own builders, $120 barrels and a hour of labor. Not, what it retails for plus what it would cost you to send it off to someone to do…!

I knew they were trouble when all the dealers called them ex-US military opfor rifles. No. The US Military does not sell their rifles to the public anymore (CMP). Now they call them contractor opfor rifles. Be nice to know which contractor & where. DynCorp in Afghanistan? Do they really not know?
Since these were bought specifically for a training purpose and are not a officially adopted weapon I believe these actually could be US military and they would be able to get rid of them. There's so many I don't think a contracting company would keep such a large amount of them.
Gotta admit what did people expect from a gun that was used and abused for years with blanks only and limited cleaning coming out of a military facility dedicated to Opfor training
What companies sold these? Just want to make sure to stay away if yugo parts kits become available soon. I have a feeling that’s what they’re going to do.

And they're still going for $595!? Garbage! They're not impressive enough to take the chance knowing you're getting a trashed out rifle. I guess mileage may vary, but why take a chance?
"They messed up!" "How could they do that!?" Maybe look at what you are buying next time instead of panicking and jumping on a band wagon... didn't these sell out in like 10 minutes? 😂 Lol

All three were sent back and are refunds were already received as of this week. Atlantic handled the returns very well.

That light mount was definitely for a MILES laser. These things were totally just blank guns the entirety of their time in use.
This Century quality is to be expected.

It's good that they owned up to it, but a serious re-evaluation of their processes needs to take place.

Atlantic, Buds and AIM Surplus according to a comment I saw above.
Of course the hoards bought these up instantly. “A COLLECTIBLE MILITARY AK! DURRRR!!!”
