Building & Riding Berm Creek Trail in Bentonville

- For several years "Berm Creek" trail has existed in Bentonville, AR, which was named as a nod to my old backyard trail system. During my monthlong trip to Bentonville, the Trailblazers rebuilt Berm Creek trail from the ground up, making it faster, more exciting, and more intuitive. The trail now features a skinny drop, a creek gap, and a giant picnic table built into a literal tabletop jump

From what they have done, by naming the trail after Berm Creek it proves that your hard work & dedication towards the mountain bike world are truly successful & appreciated...you totally deserved it Seth
FPV drone added to the gear list? These videos are about to get even better !
The most nostalgic Berm Peak video I’ve watched in a while
As a local, I can confirm we have all been hanging out on this one. It's been an awesome experience to have this reworked. Everyone has said great things while I'm out there sessioning. It's been a Bentonville Traffic Jam more than once and I'm sure it will stay that way with how easy it is to session this thing. I appreciate you coming down to make this happen. Comeback and help make Creekside great again.
Love seeing some of my Bentonville buddies building in this video!
It makes me so happy to see people in adaptive bikes shredding
The drone shots were very well done
I bought a tandem bike in case I ever get a girlfriend (I didn't get one yet). It was made in Germany in 1994. We have a small bike trail here in Novi Sad, Serbia. My friends once suggested me to bring it to the trail as a joke, which I took a bit too seriously. Now I hold the title as the most insane guy in our friend group. The bike's basically indestructible so I didn't really worry about it breaking down, despite it sitting in a garage for almost 30 years before I bought it, but the fact that I myself am not indestructible scared me. Nearly broke my arm there. Anyway I want to turn it into a bikepacking TANK, and I'm about to buy the Alfine 8 speed and an electromotor at the same time, that thing weights around 50kgs, it's pure steel. Seth, if you ever read this comment, BUY A TANDEM BIKE, they're fun. Remember I'm the king of tandems 👑
I wonder why a guy riding a tandem bike alone didn't get a girlfriend. Women are mad
@@UltiMogr Right? That's a chad move if I ever saw one.
@@UltiMogr I'm gonna remember this compliment for the rest of my life. You sir, are the king 👑. Women these days look for gangsters, toxic guys who treat them like shit. A fine, young gentleman is super rare these days, no one wants us today.
Hell yeah bro
@@Tomislav_111 lol mate no reason to turn the story of your sick ass bike into an incel narrative now
I was in Bentonville last week and rode this at least a dozen times. Even as a very average rider who won't go anywhere near that creek gap, the features on this trail are just built soooooo well. Those transfers feel amazing. This went from a trail I would ride once because of the name to something I will set aside time for every trip now. Major kudos to everyone involved!
Been riding this trail with my buddies once a week! We always incorporate it into our loops and we’re giddy every time because of how tight and fast it feels. Thanks Seth and thanks Ethan and Uriah!
Thanks for going to the bagel shop! I’m one of the owners!
Haven't watched your videos in a while, great to finally see a trailbuilding video pop up even if it's not on your property.
We have a situation on the Gold Coast in Australia, where the local city thinks it's Ok to close down the biggest MTB park we have. Nerang. Your utube channel is an inspiration that every city councilor should watch.
Thanks mate.
Berm to berm looks wicked
Thank you for the opportunity to help with your story telling, Seth! I Look forward to working with you in the future!
We’ll be doing it again for sure! Those shots really made the video
Cool drone work! I was admiring that, and your eqip setup at the end. I like how they showed the drone tricks near the end... like flying under the guy's legs.
I was wondering who the fpv pilot was :) great flying bro. i've been watching this channel for awhile and always imagined chasing the bikers!
@@TryAgainFPV mtb and FPV is a great combo, def give it a go if you haven’t done so! Thanks for watching!
I can confirm that this trail is sick after riding it recently! Also the idea to make it short and easy to lap made for a great scene at the trailhead!
I find it super cool that they built the trail so it satisfies everyones needs, where you can go slow and still have a good tine
I've never seen a non-recumbent 3-wheeler like that, so cool!!
Thank you so much for coming down to Bentonville the new burn Creek Trail is a blast🎉
That drone footage at the end ❤ The guy controlling is a ninja!
It is fascinating to witness how far you've come since the SoFlo days in Broward county. You relentless work to give back to the MTB community and capture your crazy / sketchy sends and builds on video has inspired many.
This video collab is yet a prime example of how well things can go when municipalities get involved with the local MTB community and its core trailbuilders for all future riders to enjoy for years to come. Always great to see the progression in your life, Seth, and what you sacrifice to make this all happen for everyone to enjoy or be entertained. Thank you!
Mom dad come quick, Seth posted a new trail building video!!!
I've been loving this trail for quite a while, had no idea you were the one who helped redo it!! So sick man!
Thanks to Seth and all the people participating in these projects
I got to let you know I just got back into mountain biking after 25 years or so. And I just came across your Channel. You really are an entertaining dude and I love the way that you aren't snobby mountain bike professional type and you help us novices get back on the trails and encourage us .. from the tips to get me back acquainted with mountain biking and the new equipment, to the awesome work you do when you refurbish an old bike and give it to someone, or just you and your buddy out on the trails having a good time. Thank you for bringing Joy back into my life again! Covid has stolen so many people's Joy, and you have given me hope in the human race again sir! Lifelong fan and subscriber! Five thumbs up❤
When I get the money I'm totally love for you to do me a custom bike bro someday! I love you dude I would love to party with you man if you're ever up in Port Angeles Washington you better give me a call❤❤❤
9 seconds from my driveway and part of my ride almost every day, never gets old..couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this trail, great job all involved!
As a trail builder all I saw when I watched this video was the machines. Our local group would give it's eyeteeth to have some of these tools at our disposal.
That little Bomag roller/compactor would eliminate so much shovel and stomp work!
Wow !!! This has to be surreal. Congratulations again. This was crazy !!!
I haven’t watched Seth RUclips channels in like a year I’m definitely going to watch more as I juts got back into mountain biking
Long time viewer, caught on back in the Florida days. Of the many parasocial relationships we can have, this is top tier for me. Amazing callback to the Creek, a great hit of nostalgia for any of us who watched that original trail be born. It's also amazing to see how far a straight shooter from Florida can get on the big 'ol internet. And in the big 'ol world. Cheers Seth!
Awesome seeing an aMTB in there as well!
Its like pimp my ride for trails. Good effort!
You are a visionary leader of the MTB community Seth , get yourself comfortable with that , only the truely talented are able to do that . Thank you for just being you and taking us along on your journey .
I havent watched your vids in a long time. But your recent content has been what I'm looking for.
Drone shots were super cool
love the drone footage !!
Well that is one way to pay tribute to an icon, and such nostalgic feeling.
Thank you when I was about 13 you got me heavily into mountain biking along with a few other RUclipsrs and it led me to go outside in the woodlands around my house to explore where I could possibly build my own simple trails with my friend and I discovered that although my woodland isn’t huge it already had multiple trail lines in it built by kids from around my area before me I had been living here nearly my whole life and wouldn’t of found and enjoyed these trails as much as I have if it wasn’t for your channel thank you
I was a Parks and Recreation Director for 12 years and though have a new career path (for now) I love seeing that municipalities are investing in this kind of recreation infrastructure. I love your trail building videos -- I can't believe how small a footprint the original Berm Creek was -- I have 40 acres to work with and can not wait to get some lines on it!
I’m always watching, Seth. Thanks for making quality and interesting content.
I am never used to Seth doing overdubs in a booth. I like when he does it on the fly to a camera and splices in videos
Wow! That Drone pilot is a pro.
the fpv video just adds to a already great video
Stumbled upon your content a week ago and have been watching a bunch of the videos since then. This was came up and to my surprise it was in my home town of Bentonville! So cool!
Love it to see a remastered version of Berm Creek! This trail looks amazing, like the old Berm Creek 🤩
Nice Work Seth.
I’m in northern Illinois and already miss summer, especially watching you guys ride in tshirts.
That ladder bridge is fu@kin sick!
Speaking of Berm Peak, are there any plans for finishing those trails down in the lower section?
i believe hes said that those videos take lots of time, and don't really perform as well. I still enjoy them as many others do, so hopefully we get more every once in awhile. But with winter coming up, I don't think we'll get many
they dont perform is one thing... but every inch of his home becomes iconic so i don't think it will be much of a problem once built. ever think a teetercannon would be in the lexicon of 2.5 million people? LOL
i will say to see him take a few hits into the airbag would be sweet... maybe his trickery has progressed.
also more invites or collabs to his home may help in the views of the building side of the trails... i remember those all in videos to rebuild berm creek...
as an aside, the tandem bike series with phil is a laugh fest of two men giggling... *grown* men... @@bobtaco99
the drone footy is sick. would be rad to have a similar tour of berm peak & berm park! 🤘
Some pretty sick drone footage! I’m hoping you get more drone film into your future videos!!!
so happy ur building again
That drone operator is a pro, amazing shots.
It’s an amazing day when Seth posts! 🤘
The price of real estate must be going through the roof in that area. I need a condo in Bentonville! What a great project.
I wish we had a trail system like Bentonville has here in Suffolk County, NY. I give CLIMB alot of credit for our existing trails
Sweet! Would love to visit Bentonville - its only a 36 hour drive away! ROAD TRIP!!
What a big honor ❤
Just revisiting Mountsin Biking back from Berm Creek. Can't believe how far you've come my man! That trail was amazing
Awesome video man!!!!! Love from Singapore!!!!!
Man is Bentonville starting to live up to "mountain bike capital of the world".
Beautiful!
I would session this trail so hard. Love it!
The sicknick on this One is quite the tabletop
So fun, brother!!! Hopefully the first of many🤘
Great to see a trail build again

Bentonville and Berm Creek rocks! The Sicknic table is so cool!
Great to see this. Must feel really good that they name a trail after your original. Also nice to see build videos again. We all understand the changes in life with family and everything. Keep up the great work. Love the content
WE NEED THIS HERE IN MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES. We need more of this here in our country.
THANK YOU SETH.
YOU have helped millions.
I think that's what this trail, people, idea, channel, etc is showing you.
Simply... Thanks.
Congrats on the 1 million
All I wanted to see was the sicknic table being sent with people sitting at it. Great job, my dreams are fulfilled!
I’m headed to bentonville in may, can’t wait to check out Berm Creek!
Excelent trail, would love to ride it.

Looks awesome!!

So good. Great video too.
We love it!!!!
That looks pretty fun, I'm astonished at the time they took to build all this 😮🤘
You made it accessible!! 😍 Thank you! That's amazing!
Well deserved, Seth! Crazy to think of all the people you have connected with and positive impact on. Excellent work!
So snow and Ice is full force here. I'd love to see you come up north and try some northern fat tire biking or mountain biking with snow!
Berm Creek looks so fun. I totally wish every community would re-think outdoor activity & invest in mtn bike trails. It’s a fun activity ppl of all ages can do. I love riding & even got my wife riding but there are no trails in our local community.
What an homage to Berm Creek.....so awesome, Seth.
Great job 🏁🏁🏁👍
Just moved a hour away from Berm creek after watching your channel for years can’t wait to finally hit the trails out there
Amazing! A true return to form, I loved it!
VERY COOL...kudos to all who made it possible.
Great Video Seth! Trail looks great
I live like 3 hours from Bentonville and after seeing your videos I went there for a 4 day mountain biking adventure. Iv been back for a couple days now but I remember seeing Berm Creek my first day and by my 2nd day I was hitting it. Very cool
Been watching since the early Berm Creek days, and what an awesome full circle here! Congrats Seth!
Bentonville gets even better awesome! Great video!
I look forward to your videos coming out and they never disappoint me Seth. Keep producing them.
Seth your channel is amazing. i have learnt so much from you, i wouldn't be half as fast going down a trail without your videos. please keep making these awesome vids.
Is this a free ride trail😮
This was amazing Seth. Very cool. Thanks for sharing this with us. I wish these guys would come to Minnesota.
Love it!
