Kitchen reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where he comes home, and the contractor has totally boxed him in. Hope new owners do a gut job on the kitchen.
Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful brownstone homes in Brooklyn Heights that I’ve had the chance to visit. Everything here is perfect, from its location to its view. It’s so much more than a trophy home; it’s a true house to settle in and become a real New Yorker.
The price on the property may or may not be fair but I wish I had the money to buy it and then fix it. It's CRIMINAL to have a home at this prime location and not have bay windows. Also, the backyard, closets & kitchen need a good reno. I would also fix up the roof space to be a great seating and entertaining spot.
The thing that really spoils this the old fashion kitchen, looks sooooo dated to rest of the house, too much brown and too much white, give into colour that will make it warme…..😢

Selling Sunset: Serhant edition. That's what I'm seeing right now and I'm disappointed. Ryan, if you read this, please make it more like Million Dollar Listing New York. It doesn't have to be exactly like it, but I close my eyes and I get PTSD from all of the crappy Selling Sunset shows with their terrible music and storylines that make me not want to watch.
