I had chronic fatigue back in 1991-1994. I agree with what can bring it on. I healed after three years. I changed jobs, less stress and less physical. I took good quality supplements, good quality protein powder and foods. I also took CoQ10 and good quality B vitamins. I also fresh juiced and towards the end as I was finally getting much better I did Food Combining very seriously for 6 months then less radically continued Food Combining for several years. I would have set back but over time less and less set backs until finally I was free of the sickness.
Thank you Jesus. I also repented of several things putting me on the right path with my Lord and Savior.

I got CFS in my mid 30s. I know I had it because I took part in research. Around 10 of those partaking in the research had it. I was also asked to donate blood to grow it in culture a year later. I wasn’t offered any help with tests checking my blood or nutrition. I had young children to look after & struggled to do what I had to do. I was lucky to be able to rely on a couple of others to help, I would try to pace myself but it took over 3 years before I got any relief & felt any normality. I believe mine was caused by a virus (the researchers said it was a different strain of the Epstein Barr Virus) & the final straw was an internal smear test that resulted in pain & bleeding which was abnormal.

I have to piece the story backwards in my mind to appreciate your WONDERFUL content and, sadly, I'm sure I skip a lot of stuff I'd like to hear because in a given moment I may be mentally fatigued and have (...ish) 'no reason (yet)' to focus and pay attention. • @Needless2say
      @Needless2say 11 дней назад

@Tobbe628 I agree it's related to nutrient deficiencies and toxin load, which added to other stressors of modern life, creating a bad recipe for quality of life. If I may add? The recomends daily intake of potassium is 4700mg per day. The fda allowance for potassium pills or capsules is 99mg. To get the daily allowance of 4700mg it would require taking a 99mg pill every 20minutes if no other potassium was taken. According to my research, half of the mineral content was in the farm land soil in the 1930's. ( In addition the mineral satatus of the farmland soil hasnt been updated since the 1950's). If a large amount of potassium is taken in a single dose it can cause heart rhythm problems and can kill someone from what "health experts"say. This is my opinion and practice. (Here is the disclaimer) Dont try this at home . I buy my own powdered potassium in bulk and capsule it my self using a 0 size cap. It's around 300mg and it works good for me. I believe there are many of the minerals in short supply and adding alot of only one can cause imbalances in homeostasis. I've had to use myself as a guinea pig to test it's alot of work playing with suppliments (IMO) but it's better than the expensive and potentially toxic issuse going the allopathic route. I like what Morley Robbins has to say.

I didn't have chronic fatigue syndrome but I suffered chronic lethargy, depression and anxiety after a near death experience. It ended up being about correcting several things: mthfr, iron deficiency, sluggish thyroid, caffeinated tea abuse to deal with depression which caused anxiety and paralysis. I have switched to no raw food, no fasting, low carb, changed to low dose filtered coffee instead of tea, and am doing alot better. Tea is too stimulating despite the lower caffeine and the high fluoride harms thyroid.

Plants have Oxilates that are toxic for humans along with a few other compounds that are not suited for the human diet. I was a vegetarian for 22 years and ended up with several auto immune and hormone problems. I've switched to a mostly red meat and animal fat diet with only very low isolate plants. I'm not a Dr but have tried all the typical healthy diets my whole life but kept getting worse. I would recommend watching Dr Anthony Chaffee RUclips or the book Toxic Super foods by Sally Norton. Spine trauma and herniated spinal disks since childhood, (about 40 years).
Symptoms: Depression, Stabbing back pain especially under Right Scapula (felt like a stabbed knife at all times). Temporal-mandibular pain with teeth grinding and tooth decay. Muscular pain in my body, that increased when somebody touched and hugged me.
Living in constant pain no matter the daily use of pain medications, anti-inflammatory drugs and homeopathic. Frequent leg and hand muscles cramp, especially after exercise and home tasks performance.
Pain Levels before treatment: Scale 1-10 (10 the worst), 8-9.
Pain Levels after treatment: Treatment day pain decreased to 2 and day after pain level was 1.
Energy levels before treatment level: Scale 1-10 (1 the lowest) Level 2 - using lots of sugar and caffeine (diet sodas) to function and work.
Energy levels after treatment increased to 8 no sugar and caffeine.
One month later it continues at 8-9.
The most remarkable change in my life and energy was the immediate relief of pain. Three days after the treatment I found myself walking long distances in San Francisco, CA, to the extent that I realized the change, and the increase of my energy I suddenly stopped and started crying because of happiness with my new life. if you take a few grams of glutamine in the morning, cortisol goes down. same with fat (butter). it is not artificially suppressing cortisol production, which would be very bad. no, it is reducing the need of cortisol.
B6 is not a building block, but a substance that is needed for some conversion processes. speeding up some conversion processes like converting one amino acid in a different one can have advantages for the processes that need this amino acid. but it can also lead to disadvantages regarding other amino acids that are used as a building block and then diminished.
B6 is being used for many things like making cysteine and glutamine. but if you have enough glutamine, there are more building blocks left to make cysteine. if you have enough cysteine the body can make more glutathione, which keeps inflammation in check.
and and and. my conclusion: having that substances like B6 to give the body enough conversion options is great, but you need enough building blocks in the first place.
fat can downregulate cortisol, glutamine can downregulate cortisol, so, put some butter or heavy cream and glutamine in your morning coffee and you get that kick of energy without increasing cortisol and burning out you adrenals. copper supplementation is also interesting, it supports the enzymatic reaction to burn fat. this could be an interesting factor regarding the dawn phenomenon. the body tries to get enough energy in the morning to get up and get going. if fat burning is too slow, the body needs to provide blood sugar instead to fill that gap. and cortisol upregulates blood sugar production in the liver. having enough copper for the fat burning enzymes to do their job might increase the usage of body fat in the morning, thus lowering the demand for gluconeogenesis which lowers the demand of cortisol.

I've conducted about 12 blood tests in the last three years and, recently, a hair analysis at a reputable clinic. I've found that the blood results from my clinic and the hair analysis in a private clinic were quite compatbile when it comes to minerals. Iodine and copper were extremely low, wherein they disturbed other nutrients by affecting balance and digestion.

On blood tests I had low copper as well. Only here and there I catched very high copper during copper dump.. Also you can feel better while taking copper, because it is strong stimulant. It is like saying I feel great taking drugs. But that will back fire sooner or later.. In most cases of chronic fatigue/copper toxicity when you stop all stimulants from exercise, drugs, minerals like copper etc.. you feel much worse and you are crazy tired. But that is good. Because you need to be tired and to rest. So the body can recover.. I sabotaged my recovery with endurance sports(cycling). Now I realized that I need to stop at least for now to recover.. The most common pathology finding in cfsme is low natural killer cell function. We dont know if low nk function was there before cfsme started or after.
Low nk function can leave people open to catching many sort of infections easier but also can make it hard to stop old viruses from reactivation such as ebv or cmv.
There is also other research showing different t cells having low function like cd8 T cells.
With a dysfunctional immune system, this also makes cfsme prone to chronic low level inflammation.
There is alot more going on than this when one looks into the research.

I believe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is actually a spiritual illness… Our bodies respond to every thought we think. Childhood trauma, PTSD experienced later in life, can cause that exhaustion, depression, and all the other symptoms. I have done this healing myself, and I learned that, in my healing, and subsequent self-awareness, my symptoms improved. That is not in any way to judge or criticize anyone who is going through this. Healing is accomplished through loving support from others, and from learning to love ourselves. Learning mindfulness meditation changed my life in the most profound way! Making the subconscious…conscious , can be mind-blowing. I had never realized how many unrecognized thoughts were swirling around my field- but my body responded to them all. Much love to everyone seeking help to relieve their suffering 💕💕💕💕💕

Be very very careful with this line of thinking.
We have been battling recognition for a long time.
      It's not spiritual.
What is resilience? Why do some people ride through infections or spiritual traumas and others don't.
We are definitely not born equal.
Most sufferers are on the spectrum or have connective tissue disorders. They are the canaries in the coal mines.
Che n out Bob naviauxs work on healing cycles
It's called the cell danger response. It's the body's response to ANY stress that it cannot handle the body shuts down.
Naviaux showed proof of concept by using an old drug called suramin to restart healing cycles in autistic kids. He reversed many of their deficits.
I'm not saying improving spiritually won't help, but it's not the root cause.
Unless your using spiritual as a metaphor for what capitalism ( glyphosate etc ) is doing to our bodies
