This is one of my regular go-to medications, this one & the other where there’s a old model stereo to turn the negative nob down. You’re a fantastic mental visual artist - I just made that up.! You effectively paint beautiful places in my mind.

@@MichellesSanctuary this certainly did help , what i do is i keep your recordings on Auto play,as long as my subconscious mind is absorbing Your meditations i can stay asleep..and funny enough most of the time when i do end up waking up at night,is when my mobile does or connection is lost
@@mummamax1 had been on the sleep struggle for years, glad to say the only thing thats in my favor in 2020 is ma sleep is normal now I switched my diet took some multivitamins and most importantly workes on ma mental health by thinkimg positive,listening to meditations and some breath work definitely helps.. best of luck

Hi hi I just got to the house and I am still on my way to the house now I can see what I need to do for the night and I’m still not sure what I should do so I’m just getting back to bed
It always takes me out of these videos from shock, who doesn't have their eyes closed already 8 minutes in? Sometimes my eyes are already closed during the add before the video. Sometime, when you are wide awake, set a timer and close your eyes for 5 minutes. If you are listening to something so you aren't board it is incredibly easy. There is nothing stopping anyone from having their eyes closed from seconds after they push play. Why wouldn't that be the default assumption?
Because there is a video component I can’t even recount the numbers of messages and emails I receive from people who do not close their eyes and watch the visuals. Particularly at a time when they are waking up in the middle of the night. I experience these the same as you- but we aren’t all the same. I’ve also heard from people who scroll the comments all the while it’s playing. So they may even receive the reminder reading out interaction right now.

You don't have to focus-- sometimes losing focus is the way to go and just float on your thoughts and let them go.
