Sldl, rdl, sumo dl are some of the best glutes and hams exercises out there which has been proven by new and old school bodybuilders all over the world
Hamstring curls is the only Exercise you need, it's what the hamstrings are designed for and you don't fuck yourself up.

Mike o Tren isn't an authority on lifting biomechanics in the slightest. Reverse grip bench does have more upper pec bias than regular grip bench.
@@leepooley3079 studies also show that the reverse grip is 6 times more effective than the incline bench at targeting the clavicular head of the upper chest.

Not unheard of. The whole "you pick stuff up off the floor every day" argument doesn't really hold up. You never use a deadlift form to pick something up off the floor. Deadlift is essentially useless unless you like to do it or need to for competition.
Hell nah. Also great, if you don't wanna be a fragile little thing with a glass posterior chain. Carries over to lifting ANYTHING heavy off the floor. If one doesn't plan on ever doing that in one form or another, then ok, stick with boring machines or whatever.
