They'll talk to you sometimes using korean language and that's so hard to understand as a simple international fan like me. But they'll try their very best to speak in English when they think you can't really understand what they're sayin. All in all, BigHit is a legend and the best for me. Atleast the staff of BigHit doesnt hurt just the way SM does.

What I notice about J-Hope being a mentor is that he gives criticisms in a constructive way. He doesn't necessarily humiliate someone if they make mistakes but rather uses humor to make them feel more at ease. He is strict with details but still inspires the trainees when he corrects them. I'm not sure how much of his interaction with the trainees is edited but it seems J-Hope's attitude towards mentoring is so positive.

Jung Hoseok is such an encouraging dance mentor. He made the atmosphere in that room very relaxed and bright with his sunshine personality and the fact he bought them snacks just shows what a kind and humble person he is. Back when BTS were trainees they never had a warm treatment like this which is why this is emotional to me.
So true, he showed & treated them how they weren't, that's why they're so blessed!
