Im literally so f'ing confused rn as to what daw to produce in. Im so familiar with Fl. Been learning so many tips and tricks from you, i mean your channel, i.e. from Max himself. But today a software engineer as well as a producer mate of mine proved me that Fl lacks harmonics, where as DAW's like Ableton and cubase have got that warm harmonic in them. It doesn't seem like a huge difference tbh, but it does sound professional, that I'll say. Im really so confused whether as to learn about a new daw and start my journey from 0 or should i continue with Fl and rather than learning a new daw, learn new tips or learn producing new genres. I'd really appreciate a helping hand in this one. Hoping for a reply from you Max :') 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Edited: Also, just fyi, im not a beat maker or hip hop producer. Im more into Melodic bass, Melodic Dubstep, DnB, Color bass, progressive house, future bass, future bounce, future house and even Tropical house.
@@Raga_music_ just do what ur comfy with. all daws and synths lack something that others provide, you just have to choose one and commit. like, do i want to learn piano or guitar🤔 they're both cool but overall if you want to be good at something just pick one🤷 they all work for what you want to do, you just have to decide to commit to it
Hey I need a help... I switched to Ableton from FL studios couple of months ago. But when open up the piano roll I can't play the keys through my computer keyboard. I don't have a MIDI controller so I use my computer keyboard. But when I try to play the tone I designed it doesn't work. Any ideas how to fix it?
If I got you correctly, there is the "Computer MIDI Keyboard" toggle (looks like a keyboard sign) in the top right corner of the Ableton interface near the KEY and MIDI buttons. When you activate it, you will be able to play MIDI notes using the computer keyboard like in FL. Also make sure to enable Arm Recording toggle (the dot that will become red once activated) for a specific midi track that you want to trigger MIDI for. It's on the right side near the Solo button. Hope this helps
Best vocal chop video i've seen

Turn on a blender and sample that. You got a Skrillex hit.
The year 2011 wants its comment back
@@MatthewW829 cool story bro
@@venomrx6442 I love that they thought this would prove otherwise lol 😎
Do the same version but in Fl🤣
that's impossible, even if it's possible it'll take ages to do
👍
Or you could get a few chipmunks and slowly poke their eyes out
If you tell me how to make all the notes I play have the same dutration, I will like the tutorial... Its not a matter of warping.
How many times you gonna make this video bruh.....
Hello brother there are Spanish speaking people who watch your videos and we would like them to be subtitled
It only takes these 205 steps . . .
