I just smoked this cigar for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how creamy woody and mild it was.. definitely one of my favorite Cubans I’ve tried so far 🔥
Great review! I am thinking about purchasing a few of these in the near future. You mentioned that they could be smoked without aging. Is that correct? Many Cuban enthusiasts say that Cubans, especially if they are medium to full should be aged at least one to three years. I would hate to store them that long, so I am hesitant about ordering Cuban cigars. Living in the U.S. compounds the problem. Any thoughts; suggestions?
I would agree that they need 6 to 12 months from the rolling date. What I was really saying is these are good without much age whereas the magnum 50 needs 3 to 5 years IMHO. Thanks for watching and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I would recommend joining a cigar forum like friends of habanos, puff.com or BOTL lots of USA people on there.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Difficulty to find something similar but an aged Mag 50 would be good. Juan Lopez No.1 is the same size and similar. There are lots of cigars to choose from have a look at some of my other reviews.
Hello! I love the Magnum 56 Is the 46 the same tobacco what’s the difference in flavor? Do you know thanks so much love your show hope you’re feeling better !!!!! 💪☮️❤️🤩
Good cigar and definitely should be a staple in every ones rotation. The Mag 50 is a bit better IMO. The profile shines through more to me. That ginger cookie type spice really comes through on the 50
I gotta try the Magnum 46 and get some more H. Upmann in my collection. HU is one of the better Cuban brands, if not one of the best, in my humble opinion. The HUHC (half corona) is a great short budget smoke. Can be smoked young as well, everyday sort of cigar.
@@CigarSmokerUK Yes. I had one Sir Winnie but it was too tight. I could tell it had some great flavours but the draw really hampered the experience. I've since acquired another single and I'm very excited to give it a try at some point. My humidity used to be 69% but now it's 65% so my cigars smoke a lot better. I'm sort of regretting that I didn't buy a HUSW box when cigar shopping, because the place I shop at had a box on the shelf. Still in its cardboard packaging. But it's ok because I got a PLPC box & an MC4 box.
one advice...get xxl 20cm matches ...and keep it in a angle of a 45 degrees...with that way the wood burned longer.... and you only use ONE match for a cigar
Uncovering some absolute gems from this channel ! Been eyeing up a box of mag 46s for a while. Great review !
I'm so glad you are enjoying the reviews. I'm back and filming more stuff over the coming weeks. Thanks for watching 👀🙂

It certainly is a good cigar
Just picked up a couple of these along with a couple of Hoyo Petit Robustos. Can’t wait to have a try of the Mag.
I hope you enjoy them, its one of my favourite cigars and the hdm are pretty good to
Beautiful smooth cigar
József Spekker It sure is. Thanks for watching.
Always love your reviews. just got a box of Magnum 46, what's the aging potential on these? or its just better smoke young?
They smoke well young but a couple of years can make them great.

Hey there, great review!
I'm an occasional smoker and have only ever smoked H Upmann 46's. I am looking to expand my pallet! Any recommendations?

..nice review as usual. In the early 2000s it was one of the best cubans cigars along with the SLRey serie A.
I'm glad you're enjoying my videos. Thanks for watching
Why you say back in 2000s? Whats different may i please ask?
I still rate em highly now
I think that people who were smoking then say the cigars were better quality them compared to now.
@@CigarSmokerUK thanks wasn't there a period during and after cigar boom of 90's when cigar quality dipped because of demand
Sounds quite nice, Dunc. Is the V-Cutter good for this size cigar? Have a nice Sunday evening, my friend. Be Well. Ed
GrandpaCavendish Hi Ed. The v cut from Colibri is excellent on all sizes. Hope you are well to my friend.
OK, Thanks. I think that I'll get one.
GrandpaCavendish Have a look back down my videos as I have reviewed it recently.

I've only had the 56 limited edition and it was nothing like the 46. The 46 is a fantastic cigar though.
Cannot go wrong with this or Punch Punch. Siglo IV next for me to try.
Yes that's one for me as well
great work

This and partagas are my favourite brands. Try thy Sir Winston if you can.

I prefer a lower humidity, I think they smoke better.

Ok thanks, there is a cigar aficionado video about the three match light with Gordan Mott. It's an interesting watch.
Nice review. A little more energy would be nice you seem bored.
Thanks, that's just me at times I'm afraid. I'll be more upbeat in the future. Thanks for watching.
Enjoy this one as well...not your choice of music lol...I am a Soul Mann.
This was something I was using back then. Thanks for watching
