its for better airflow on fruit bowls

i have a hookah every day, sometimes two, with my mum!! we love it.
you want to create more room for air flow and possibly using a heat proof fan or something? or some other form of self heating
i’m gonna go with 3 things.
1.) To create more air flow and heat for the tobacco closer to the inner spire.
2.) Shorten the start-up heating process
3.) Bigger clouds 😶🌫️ because the tobacco will be exposed to more heat
What kind of bowl is it for?
I have two guesses - A. To use it with smaller bowls/deeper bowls. B. You could flip it over and use the bottom surface to still place the HMD on the bowl but make it easier to tend to the coals and just use a wind cover which provides the same effect and not have to waste foil.

i think you did it for better airflow,keeping the holes small so you don't burn the tabacco too much,and i think a classic crucible but you could place it on a ceramic bowl,like the quasar raas
or place it in a fruit,with that kind o holes you get top flavor

Close, but what type of bowls? Phunnel, turkish style or fruit bowls?
@@mojohookahlounge a hazy bowl 😂 jk, I'd wager it's for a eggie/Turkish bowl. More tobacco usually means more input, which the holes can provide. Fruit bowls aren't good with heat and require a lot of it, so if it's easier to drag heat over tobacco in a wet depot like that, I'd say it's good for that as well but I haven't smoked a fruit head in years.
However, the sizing does remind me of provost and how's its just slightly smaller than a Kaloud.
Can you do a review on the Kaloud's lotus krysalis Eltheria.... i want to know why its the smoothest sessions ever....

The purpose of this is provide precise temperature control which optimizes the flavor and longevity of the session. It also provides consistent flavor with each pull. Ive used one similar for both phunel and tradi bowls. Perhaps it works better with a tradi bowl as it retains the flavor more, personally preference.
That's done with purpose of 1. making the lotus usable on smaller bowls with narrower surfaces. 2. To increase the amount of entering hot air into the bowl so that the hookah is easier to smoke and requires less pressured takes. 3. To balance the heat absorbed by the tobacco to all parts of the tobacco more evenly so that the outer edge of the tobacco underneath the original air vents won't burn so fast.
I like your answer, but what bowls it used on? it's not with narrower surfaces..
@@mojohookahlounge it makes a resemblance between foil and hmd and if the original air vents happen to go right on the walls of the smaller bowls, the new line of holes come handy and make enough space for hot air to go reach the tobacco
Air flow and better heat around the outside of the bowl to heat coals better!

better air flow and better usability on smaller diameter bowls. now you can put it on a mini rook and have heat holes hitting the tobacco unlike the original slits that sit outside the bowl. yeaa I win! hook it up, all I have are funnel bowls. I could use a new bowl type.
