So I wear a uniform everyday at work in healthcare, but outside of that I often find that getting dressed can be a challenge. I am excited to create my own”play clothes” uniform and always look good !😊
I’m not sure if they’re best for my 5’2” 153 lb true hourglass frame, but I absolutely LOVE wide leg pants. I feel my best when wearing them with heels. ☺️
Let's talk uniforms! I actually did a video on this 8+ years ago but am FINALLY updating it with year of experience and self confidence on my side. If you keep looking in your closet struggling with what to wear this will help you cut down on decision fatigue. Plus I'm sharing some of my go-tos and how I've elevated them over the years with a few simple tricks & accessories!
This was so uplifting - YOU are so uplifting! Thank you for the excellent style/dressing tips! I've learned so much and you have opened my eyes to A LOT! Keep doing you - you are helping so many!❤️
This the one! Thanks so much for doing this uniforms video. I always appreciate the types of tips and info you share on finding shapes, textures, and where clothes fall. You don’t have to even remind me…I save a LOT of your videos to review 😂
Solid choice! I'm the SAME. That was my go-to even in high school. It changed a little in college but now back in my 30s on my chill days I'm def a top with jeans! Plus it's so versatile too. An easy dressed down version can be a simple tee with jeans and dressed up a really fun statement top.
🤔🤔🤔hmmm yes I understand that point your making but also one of the key points women's an men 😅is to know your body type are you short waisted or long bodied 🤔 for example long torso and short legs you showed jumpsuit that flatter your body and your taste 😊I'm not criticise you but giving you another idea I have jumpsuit but I like the more tailored version as I had mentioned earlier tailored clothing is my uniform that's just me 😊
I agree, I actually created a video to help people who may not know their body types because it plays such an important role when picking the pieces for your base. I feel you, my style is very playful so I don't feel the need to narrow it down so specifically when it comes to my own uniform so that's why I showed the different jumpsuit styles to show that and encourage those who may not like tailored ones that they should feel free to choose what best suits them too.
So right and I agree but I don't narrow my style as you mentioned in video it's good to have a uniform a go to a tailored look is my go to but sexy monochromatic is my go to and my inspiration is 30 40 50 60 70 a lot I know 😉 but I draw from a lot of eras and I am still exploring my style forever growing and pushing the button as I am working in a corporate environment trust me when I say sexy tailored playful and my go to is dresses quality of fabric is key and I like to look for dresses that just speak to me that engery they give you 😉 I could go on but I get you thank you for your insight stay blessed always 🙏🏼
🤔🤔🤔hmmm how do I narrow this down, it depends on the season of the year at the moment we are still in winter and my wardrobe has evolved through the years but in a good way I am 52 and have worked in predominantly women's wear just before covid plus before being a wife an mother I had studied fashion and design this is just to give you an fair idea of my thought process 😊 I had started to work the high end of retail women's wear so I had a good start on what to look for quality wise as well I have always admired beautiful well tailored clothing so when I am shopping I have always had that in mind but I did not follow trends as I did not want to look like every body else 😅 So to the season I make a point of pulling clothing say winter what works together I work on basis as if it is a collection my colours are black orange khaki greys camel with the staple of cream white print leppard well as check and leather layering is key and this will change going into spring as in the UK the weather is most unpredictable and you have to dress accordingly I am now office based for the last two years and I am glad that my love of fashion has helped me be very organised with my wardrobe Pinterest is my godsend in helping me think ahead and plan creating looks that are comfortable but show case my style 😅
I def see where you are coming from. I kept this general since my audiences is world wide and have different lifestyles so I'm glad you were able to tap into your personal story and journey to figure out what works best for you and determine what uniform would work best for you and if it's the same uniform each season or as you mentioned having ones for each season you're in! Because that's the other beauty of style, you can change it anytime you wan to fit where you currently are in life!
Ding ding you hit the nail on the head 😊 I only now take a look at the fashion designer but with what speaks to me. Max mara and many others but only as a guide for colour if I have similar styles in my wardrobe that will be currant but speaks to my engery 😁
I am a dress girl. I am most comfortable and sexy in dresses. Once the temperature drop, I pretty much wear all dresses.
Me too! Dress girl here for the same reason!
i love a slim straight jean and struggle with shoes, can you do a video on what shoes to wear with what jean style?

Wow...that's a good question...I think I feel most confident and put together with a top and bottom. I love a nice top and either pants or a skirt.
I feel best in a nice pair of flare jeans (denim blue, white, or black) and a plain white or black tee.
I love a tailored pant and a slim fit top

Blue on the top, cream on the bottom. It looks clean and professional.

The body! Immaculate.
Definitely a dress. It's 1 item that I have to focus on. The whole top and shirt just stresses me out.
A blazer. Anything with a blazer
LOOK! A blazer will do it EVERY TIME. There are so many fun ones out there now too!
top and jeans or pants for sure

I think I’m comfortable in a one piece and dress.

I had started to work the high end of retail women's wear so I had a good start on what to look for quality wise as well I have always admired beautiful well tailored clothing so when I am shopping I have always had that in mind but I did not follow trends as I did not want to look like every body else 😅
So to the season I make a point of pulling clothing say winter what works together I work on basis as if it is a collection my colours are black orange khaki greys camel with the staple of cream white print leppard well as check and leather layering is key and this will change going into spring as in the UK the weather is most unpredictable and you have to dress accordingly I am now office based for the last two years and I am glad that my love of fashion has helped me be very organised with my wardrobe Pinterest is my godsend in helping me think ahead and plan creating looks that are comfortable but show case my style 😅
