Attacks (Yes I stole some from other comments):
1. Obama whips out a tomahawk cruise missile and hucks it at v1. It can be parried, but is very fast.
2. Obama teleports above v1 and spikes a ball on his head (Obama is actually good at basketball, I'm not racist)
3. Obama yells "Time for a pay cut!" and fires a massive barrage of projectiles at v1. These projectiles do no damage, but each one applies a Debuff, the duration stacking with the amount of projectiles hit. This debuff disables many of V1's weapon's special abilities for its duration.
