I hope you have enjoyed watching my journey from a permed Bob to my now teenage Locs! This has truly been a journey, but I’m so happy I made the step to Loc up! Best decision I ever made for my hair! I did this Loc Journey MY way and did what was best for me. For those going through your journey…. Don’t let ANYONE tell you what your Locs “should” be doing or look like outside of your loctician! Even then, I Iet it be known what I wanted and didn’t want.

Hello! RUclips suggested your videos as ones that may be of interest to me. I'm locd 19 months and learning a lot about my hair through this journey. I can definitely say locs suit you! You and the locs are lovely! I appreciate that you shared that you started your journey with your old longer hair then cut it off when you felt comfortable with your new length. I did the same thing. I just cut off the old locd ends because they were not forming the same way as the new growth. And I preferred the look of my new growth locs. I'm sooo much happier now. New subscriber! Cant wait to binge watch your videos!

Wow sis I went from your short to this video and it is amaaaazing to see your journey! 😍 I love that you kept your permed ends to avoid a big chop. I had no idea you could do that! I found something else we have in common…we both don’t like bonnets lol. Not surprised. The thickness and length now is amaaazing!!! Your locs are absolutely beautiful!! It has come very long way. Not perfect by any means, but definitely has grown. You are so right I’m not surprised that we have that in common either regarding the bonnets lol! I do understand what their purposes is and do you believe they work but I just hate them! Lol they’re not comfortable and they make me sweat.
