- Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

This trial is 😂! They barely accomplish anything! Smh! The judge starts late, ends early, takes comfort breaks every 15-20 mins, sidebars that last just as long as breaks, and they are out of court almost as much as they're in! See everyone, March 13th at 9:00 am, for an anticipated start of noon!

I’d ask him what does he know just to illicit a response like “I don’t recall” or “I prefer not to say” just to show he’s borderline exhibiting contemptuous behavior. He knows the answers to 99% of both sides’ questions. Selective memory at its finest…

Oh you’re such a tough guy he said I’ll go back to prison if I have to and he said I did my time but what you fail to mention is you snitched on your whole team to get a lighter sentence and that’s why you only got 3 years in prison and 7 years probation and you’re definitely going to have to go back cuz you’re lying under oath and failing to cooperate with the prosecution

Its sad about this RICO case. Wished they would've charged everyone individually. Take Bean he's did his time, took his offer and now trying to work. This man been in court now 3 days. His job might not hold his job to much longer. Tick was supposed to start that trucking job. Man ended up in court for a whole month. This case could've been handled differently, cheaper and faster.
