When you see "this code is restricted online" it means that the user can't win against legit people with it. When you see "this code is disabled online" this means the user can't enable it online. For both messages, that has nothing to do with bans from Nintendo (moreover, they don't ban anymore for 3DS). Thank you for your video!
hey, thanks for blocking it from online play.. hopefully that stays if pretendo network comes public in the future just so people don't cheat there too since they CAN ban you.

@@ValLuced it works, it's normal if it's instantly disabled after enabling it, just go in a race, restart it and everything is unlocked!
