Plus, I like to think that anyone who's made it as far as General in the Guard WITHOUT needing anything but a power sword and a couple of las pistols is probably badass enough for anyone. 🤣

It would have been nice to like have a new sculpt of her old man as well so you could have them both in one army, lord commander solar macharius does diserve a new model as well considering his contribution to the empire.
When first looking at Creed, the coat looks like it continues the story of Cadia and her Dad. Imagine after the Fall all the search party found was his greatcoat fluttering in the wind tattered, passed onto the Daughter and she took up his mantle of her old man. Kinda poetic and also a sign of the timeline progressing, intrigued to see if she has any books related or mention her too. Additionally the more I look at it, more I get "Steel Battalion" vibes from the new Sentinel.
Amazing sculpts. Love the direction GW is doing with the model refreshes from Primaris, Necrons, Eldar, now Imperial guard.. Can't wait to add these to my collection.
The original metal Kasrkin were gorgeous. A couple of my mates used them as Inquisitorial Stormtroopers, as the actual Stormtrooper miniatures were a bit 'ropey'. These are nice miniatures, but the original helmets were better IMO. The new Sentinel having slightly different plates of armour isn't a problem. You can easily explain that away by declaring that it's a different 'pattern' of Sentinel, given that the various Forge Worlds produce their own variant vehicles.
I love Ursula Creed, she looks like how I imagine a no-nonsense female commander should look. I love the new Kasrkin, they have enough of the elements of the old models, but aren't so "Cadia!" that I cannot use them for my own regiment. The Sentinel though I don't love, the legs are good but the cabin looks wrong, the curves look out of place with the IG vehicle style and the weapon mount looks like it was added as an afterthought.
Well the old one had like a pointed bottom chassis, personally I didn't like the cabin having the pointy ridge, as it somewhat had the appearance of a atst a little
I for one absolutely hate her. She's a watered-down creed with nothing interesting to her name. They could've created a brand new female character if they desperately wanted that stupid female representation they need for Twitter clicks. However, they don't want to write more side novels to flesh out a brand new character so instead, they decided to kill off a well-known character rip off his skin and attach it to this monstrosity. She's literally the daughter of creed, that's all she is. Jesus Christ, what a joke.
I love the Sentinel, the sorta clunky look makes it seem like an ancient walker design in a good way. I can imagine its engine being really loud and it constantly clattering and shaking with every step, vs Tau mechs being a lot quieter and more stable.
I saw this earlier today and could swear Creed reminded me of someone. It just came to me: Miss Trunchbull from Matilda. That's probably why she looks so scary.
I love the Kasrkin. The design of the armour plates of their carapace suit and the hotshot lasgun with its power cables and backpack is iconic. The camo colour scheme works fantastically, and I especially like the sinister, impassive combination of helmet, visor and rebreather - these are not the sort of guys you want to get on the wrong side off. It also doesn't hurt that these guys versus Tyranids is basically an opportunity to run a 40K version of the movie Aliens.
Yay Kasrkin. I find the Ursula model a little uninspiring, just looks like an updated version of her father’s own model, would have liked a more individual design concept, it’s not a bad model, just a bit too similar for me
Personally, am all for it! I have way too many HQ models on my shelf, on my watch list. And still I am very exited for Miss Creed joining the Cadian range. I like the Churchill and Patton inspiration going on with her. (She also remind me a bit of the Dutch queen during WW2 who also lost her home due to invasion, just like Cadians) which fits in with the ww 1+2 vibes of many IG regiments. I also like that she looks like a tough and relentless leader. Not just some hot chick dressed in a uniform, to tickle the pickles of your stereotypical sweaty nerds collecting WH. But as a respectable general who will terrify her man as much as the warp if it means securing victory. And the Kasrkin? Oh boi, it they do look as great as ever.
I'm liking that Sentinel- and the weapon options. I've got a bunch of the old ones, and I appreciate the variety offered by the new ones too. Ursula Creed? Yeah, me likey!
I have human tractors fighting for the Tau. I've done a couple conversions of sentinals into broadsides and this looks like a great kit to use for that. Might even be able to slim them down some more and make them proper front line battle suits. We will have to see. Hope they don't cost twice as much as standard sentinals just because they're new.
When I first saw the new Sentinel, I immediately thought of the ending of "Starship Troopers" where the new weapons and ships showcased in the FedNet clip were all more rounded, and when I first saw the Ursula Creed model, I immediately thought of Principal Trunchbull from "Matilda".
I like these releases and its nice to see new stuff for the Guard. It would also be nice to see more variety in the infantry units, I had some of the old metal ones and its not been the same since it was only cadian, notwithstanding the new Krieg box...
Glad to see the new look on the Sentinels, the Kasrkin are cool and have always been and I look forward to seeing how they compare to the Scions. I know I want some units of them in my army. And the daughter uf Ursaker Creed is most welcome. I have the Creed figure as my army commander, so I will find a space for his daughter too. I plan to build her with the helmet off though...
Was really looking forward to your take on these reveals. Loving all of this! The kasrkin look like such a sleek and elegant update of already excellent miniatures. Also genuinely love the new sentinel! Ursula has a ton of character, too. Definitely agree with your comparison to Churchill. Just great!
I know it will probably never happen, but id love to see some more of the other Guard regiments redone in plastic. I love the look of the Mordians, and how good would some plastic Vostroyans be.
I was wondering when the Kasrkins will make a return and this surprised me in a very good way just knowing that they're coming back in a plastic kit! They look better than the older models, however the metal cast will always have a place for me in my hobby collection.
i think the contrasty can be good you look at british WW2 tanks and you have somthing like a valintine which is boxy and angler and you look at the Sherman which has a molded turret
The sentinel is less boxy but the rounded up new model seem more like a cosmetic thing that a arm company put to sell overprice armement to a governmental army. If the new Chaos codex allow traitor guard allies, I hope to add some for the war effort.
I really am excited for all this. Kasrkin were my favourite minis way back in 4th. I only had one squad but they looked so good and i loved them. Them coming back has sort of pushed me back into the hobby. 15 years on i want my kasrkin again! Ursula Creed looks good. in a game where female characters tend to be supermodels, i love her for being more real.
This is not surprising Since the leakage across the internet force GW to prematurely announced the new guard's mini Btw the new Sentinel is great, hope it can be build as drop sentinel
To be fair given how tech is handled in 40K it makes sense that the new sentinel is just a new Primarus like pattern of sentinel. Instead of just how it looks in HD like how the Kerskin are... And besides that look a IRL soveit vehicles they are kinda all over the place design wise particly WW2 to mid cold war... Or even now the T-14 does not look close to the T-90 for exemple.
I really like the new sentinel because it fixes a few gripes i have with the old model. for example, the old model is very front heavy and could probably fall over really easily. the new model has the legs more in the middle and has a counter weight at the back. secondly, the old model was just cabin with exhausts sticking out. the new model has room in between the cabin and exhausts where an engine could sit. also the small detail of the handle on left leg the driver could use to climb up to the door is really nice. that being said the original egg sentinel is still the best.
You are the second positive review of this miniature, the guy with the Lasrifle looks intense as well. My only problem is that Creeds daughter without the hat looks a bit too much like Hermann Göring, but maybe that is more to do with my age 🤷🏻♂️🤔 But it is great to see GW joining the 21st century, however I am still disinterested as it isn't Blood Bowl. 😉
I personally like the new sentinel design and love the kasrkins, and creeds daughter will grow on me eventually, how I noticed some people prefered the old sentinel model too, obviously because of nostalgia reasons. And some think the new model looks like an atst. Which I don't really see.
Totally agree. They do like better proportioned. Very cool models. It was about time to see some new stuff coming put for the IG. She reminds me of a school teacher I had… 🙄
While it's nice to see the Kasrkin back given how popular they've always been I'm just not that excited by them, I always preferred the old stormtroopers aesthetically. Creed & the sentinel are both great though, & while I'd never pick Cadians as my preferred regiment Creed would make a good base for a kitbashed commander.
My quick capsule thoughts on the new models: Creed - good, Sentinel - excellent, Kasrkin - only okay. I prefer the look of the classic Kasrkin, much chunkier and armoured. However, on the scale between new-age Kasrkin and Tempestus Scions, new-age Kasrkins win every time! If they're released for Kill Team (as the base suggests and is rumoured) then I'll be picking up a set to go with my OG Kasrkin!
I've bothered auspex tactic's videos about this, but I'll say it again. I think the sentinel looks great, and I think it would look cool beside the old kit. However, I really hope that the old kit will still be sold. If they don't have different rules, that's fine. But I think the old kit is holding up really well.
I agree with you on how the Sentinel will look a bit out of place with the box nature of the Guard. Personally, I am heavily debating on getting 6 new boxes of the old Sentinel or waiting for these to come out and getting 6 of these. Cause Sentinels are awesome!
My only concern about the increased curviness of the guard (stop snickering at the back) is that the Votann aesthetic is already fairly 'imperial but with more curves'.
Not the biggest fan of Creed, but that's more of a Bias against Cadians getting so much more love overall than other regiments. The model looks great. Even as a Cadian hater, though, I LOVE the Kasrkins. They look amazing. Definitely getting some myself. I love the old AND the new Sentinel. I will probably get some of the old ones before they stop being printed so I can shove them in my Krieg army. I don't know why, but I feel like if I use the new ones, it won't fit aesthetically, since the Krieg use more old-fashioned tech (as far as I remember. Could be remembering wrong.)
Trunchbull Creed looks great in my opinion. Like a proper commander, grizzled and not to be messed with. And I feel like she talks like Cate Blanchett doing her Elizabeth I voice. All that said…I still hope we get a regular non character general as well.
Too small on model scaling. When it was scaled up it looked bad so they had to rework segments. It might seem sleek but in reality its not even post WW2 on armour panel styling.
I like everything about Ursula Creed, except that face and helmet. Both options just rub me the wrong way. I'll probably end up doing a head swap to something else frankly but otherwise pretty good. Love the details like the ripped back, and the new Kasrkins are classic as hell
I would dare say Kasrkin are very iconic for the Guard, whereas Scions haven't managed to achieve that status. So I'm glad to see their return.

The rounded panels on the Sentinels won't look out of place when I build an army of just....Sentinels 👊😜
I finally know who she reminds me of: Blackadder 2's hyper religious aunt. "Wicked child!"
Thing I'm wonder about is the sentinel's legs, are they going to be like the old kit, or mono pose.
I'm hoping they're more posable, but then the Armiger legs were similarly fixed so I'm not holding out hope.
Ursula looks badass as hell. Im not a guardplayer but damn she looks like she can do some damage.
This is not surprising
Since the leakage across the internet force GW to prematurely announced the new guard's mini
Btw the new Sentinel is great, hope it can be build as drop sentinel
Ursula Creed reminds me of Judi Dench. Exactly the image you’d want for a female general with an overwhelming presence
Gonna cry if GW sells them in packs of 5 like the scions and many other kits that is sold in 5s for some reason. GW dragging the money out of us.
Well it is supposed to be farming equipment
Creeds daughter looks ace love how authoritarian she looks. She will look ace next to her dad in Trayzens galleries.
Sentinel giving off really strong dieselpunk vibes, while the rest of the guard tanks seem more WW2 on steroids
Ursula Creed looks like a mix of Annie Wilkes from Misery and Miss Trunchbull from Matilda
Ursula looks like John Voight.
I am like 100% sure that cadia had a all citizens server in the guard policy mentioned it one of the codex
The Guard will take you without a pulse. You can join the culinary division.
Ursula looks like Mrs Trunchable, or whatever her name was, from Matilda. Horribly mean looking woman, I love it.
I stan the battle babushka
I've bothered auspex tactic's videos about this, but I'll say it again. I think the sentinel looks great, and I think it would look cool beside the old kit. However, I really hope that the old kit will still be sold. If they don't have different rules, that's fine. But I think the old kit is holding up really well.
I agree with you on how the Sentinel will look a bit out of place with the box nature of the Guard. Personally, I am heavily debating on getting 6 new boxes of the old Sentinel or waiting for these to come out and getting 6 of these. Cause Sentinels are awesome!
Awesome new models. Nice video. Keep up the good work.
My only concern is whether she'll take peoples voices to give them power armour.
i would say the last weapon is the missile launcher it would be cool if it has the multimelter and jump jets for the Ilisean variant
Ah well, there goes the food budget again…
Ha that kasrkin base is pretty funny now that you mention it.
Also hope the sentinel is a bit easier to put together. X_x
New kasrkin helmet is looking a little bit NCR ranger and the sentinel reminds me of the sectopod from xcom
I like how this implies Trazyn gave back her dad's coat after he nabbed creed
Trunchbull Creed looks great in my opinion. Like a proper commander, grizzled and not to be messed with. And I feel like she talks like Cate Blanchett doing her Elizabeth I voice.
All that said…I still hope we get a regular non character general as well.
The sentinel looks way to sleek. What was wrong with the old sentinel.
