@Shoots1978 Apparently you are not familiar with the Celebrate Recovery program which this video is promoting. All that you are asking about is addressed in the program through solid biblical questions and support which leads a person to Christ for their deliverance and establishes a real and lasting relationship with the Lord and His people for continued spiritual growth and service.

CR is 100% works. 12 steps or 1 step is works. read Romans by faith in the finished work of the cross are we made free from sin
The steps in the program are not meant to earn salvation but to free people from bondage. The program does not promote works based salvation.
i thought this was like a funny college humour video... then i realized it was like a self help movie r whatever and i regretted watching it... then i found out it was from like religious people and wanted to take back the 3 minutes of my life i spent on random crackpot SHIT!!!!!!! jesus wont make my issue go away!!!! HE'LL ONLY MAKE THEN BIGGER!!!!
Kit Kat I wonder if you are the same voice I have heard on alanon lines. Of course that is confidential. I’m sorry you feel this way about God. He has surely lifted many of my burdens. Since your comment here is from 8 years ago, I hope you have a different perspective today. Maybe you have been able to let go and let God heal you. I sure hope so. He has done it many times for me!
