The comment on the length of time of recovery after surgery is spot on! I was an unfortunate innocent victim of gun violence 5 years ago. I had to re-learn how to walk. When I entered physio the doctor took one look at me and said i would be out of there and going home in 2 weeks. I thought he was ludicrous. At that time I could barely stand. But I guess he could see something in me that I had yet to see in myself. And sure enough, 2 weeks to the day I was out of there.
Every sentence hit on this one!
