i know you said youll go over it but my question is i coach 12u youth football and we run a 4-4 stack and 4-4 shade with the SS whats the best way to cover trips in a 4-4?
What do you do when you have trips going deep and post? Your D becomes cover 3 but you're leaving your DBs out to dry.
You better have a LB/safety hybrid playing Mike in this Defense.
MOD means Man On Demand, but makes sense if you say deep.
